Moon Dancer Winery is a prime location for celebrations such as Wedding receptions, private parties, bridal showers, rehearsal dinners, and private wine-tasting events. The winery was designed as a French Country-style chalet, featuring a Great Room with two fireplaces and cathedral ceilings. There is a large granite tasting bar. A spiral staircase leads to a second floor and a private suite where brides and bridesmaids can get relax before the ceremony or reception. Outside, there is a spacious patio for entertaining and acres of land that can accomodate a large party tent and plenty of parking. Conestoga House & Gardens is a historic wedding venue located in Lancaster, PA. The manor was originally owned by Christian Hershey, of the chocolate family, who built the house in the 1700s. During the 18th century, it served as a tavern on the Conestoga wagon trade. In the mid-19th century it became an inn and hosted numerous travelers. Purchased by James Hale & Louise McClure Steinman in 1927, it was fully renovated and restored in 1930 by architect Frank J. Everts. Among the venue’s many visitors was the great-nephew of Edgar Allan Poe. Today, the estate abounds with natural beauty, where it boasts 3,300 varieties of annual flowers, 160 perennials, 160 rose bushes, and 400 tropical plants.
