At Yost Farm, every corner tells a story and every barn whispers of history and romance. Nestled in the heart of Western and Central New York, our picturesque farm offers a collection of original barns, each with its own distinctive character and charm. Step inside the Carriage House and discover the inviting ambiance created by our large custom oval wooden bar, expertly crafted from the original wooden planks of the barn itself. This unique feature not only adds rustic elegance but also pays homage to the rich history of our farm. Café lights illuminate the space, casting a warm glow over gatherings of family and friends as they enjoy hors d'oeuvres and signature cocktails. Large barn sliding doors open to reveal views of our scenic surroundings, allowing guests to soak in the beauty of our expansive grounds.

Kin is the hot spot for bashes big and small. Situated in a former shipping warehouse at the edge of Rochester’s historic NOTA district, our event space is open and modern, with intriguing hints of its industrial past. We welcome parties of all sizes, for any occasion. To accommodate all styles, the space isn’t overly “designed.” We’ve intentionally left it a blank canvas, so to speak. We offer the opportunity to customize everything on your big day from seating to sips and snacks. We work closely with the area’s leading rental companies to provide the most beautiful table settings and our bar manager will design a signature drink or pair the perfect beverage service with your meal.

Jackrabbit Club is a refurbished, 7,000-square-foot, industrial event space owned and operated by the team behind Restaurant Good Luck. With it’s open and flexible layout and menu options created by the Good Luck culinary and bar teams, Jackrabbit Club is a customizable venue with the familiar and beloved hospitality our guests have come to know and love.

Oak Knolls Manor was built in 1906 and is a preserved Wells Barn in Western New York. We host only ONE event a weekend which allows our clients the opportunity to slow down, have time to set up, and enjoy family and friends. The rural location really creates a destination wedding feel. The venue features our silos with propane fire pits and outdoor furniture to relax and take in the views. The silos are also a great spot for a cigar bar. Equipped with two large decks on either side of the venue, one is covered and remains completely waterproof even when the weather doesn't cooperate. The other overlooks the Genesee Valley where there is plenty of open space to see for miles. We have tables and padded fruitwood chairs to accommodate up to 250 guests. Including 8 farm tables, 20 rectangular tables, and 10 rounds. We also have durable padded ceremony chairs and two wood stained arbors to choose from along with ceremony coordination services. All included with venue and ceremony costs.

The Port Watson Mini-Conference Center is the premier venue for gatherings in the Cortland area. Located just minutes from historic downtown Cortland this family-owned business is centrally located between Syracuse, Ithaca, and Binghamton. Our venue, The Chalet at East Hill Creamery, completed in 2017, is an impressive example of local craftsmanship with Alpine influences. Owners Gary and Betty Burley knew they wanted to create an event space for the community that incorporated the natural beauty of the lumber from their land and the bright openness you can only get in the country-side. Featuring Amish post-and-beam construction in red oak, hemlock, and white pine and huge colonial windows, our venue offers a lovely balance of woodsy charm and modern sophistication.
