“I found Erin through another DC wedding photographer who wasn't available on my wedding day but highly recommended her based on their similar photography style: classic and elegant. These adjectives were exactly what I wanted for our wedding day - someone who can capture our big day, while also finding beauty in the smallest details to the grandest backdrop. When I shared her work with a number of photographers, they quickly identified Erin's work was exceptional. After our first video call, I found Erin so easy to talk to and knew that I could trust her on our big day. When we first started to work with her on our engagement photo shoot, Erin was so fun and made us look so effortlessly beautiful. I was terrified of looking awkward, but she knew all the ways to make us look natural and elegant. Erin was also prompt in getting us our engagement photos since we wanted to share them on our wedding website; many of our friends and family were shocked by how amazing we looked in the DC landmarks. I had looked at several people’s work and talked to many photographers, but there was always something missing from their work that I had been searching for. When visiting a wedding expo, I came to his booth and knew immediately that this was the photographer I wanted to shoot my wedding! He doesn’t just take a photograph; he captures a moment in time! His photos evoke emotion more than just happiness. I could feel the joy and warmth of his subjects come to life. His use of color and composition set the stage for the perfect image to hang on your wall. Right off the bat, Joel was funny, extremely personable & amazing to work with! He made it fun to be photographed (especially if you don’t do well in front of the camera but love the end result). “Charlotte is the BEST!!! I was so so picky about who to hire for videography and photography. We found her after hours of searching, had an intro call, and immediately fell in love with her!! She's the most bubbly, upbeat person ever and her contagious positive attitude clicked with us instantly!!
