If you are considering hiring a coordinator, this is the company for you!!!!! I was hesitant at first to spend money on a coordinator given I had a day of coordinator through my venue, but as we inched closer to the wedding I knew it would be money well spent. I was placed with Brittany who truly is the best of the best at what she does. She went above and beyond to make me feel comfortable, happy, and at ease before and during our wedding. We did the month of coordinator package and I have absolutely no regrets. Brittany was SO attentive, she made my bridal party and family feel well cared for, she made sure me and my husband always had a drink or food in front of us, she alerted us of anything that needed addressing… I could go on and on! I had asked for referrals from a vendor, and he suggested Charlene, and she quickly requested a consultation. As soon as we hired her, she jumped into action asking for all my contracts and information I had since I already did most of the things. Charlene was prompt with responding to my emails and asked all the right questions. Charlene did more for me within that month than my other coordinator ever did in the last 2 years. Charlene was kind and direct, and gave many suggestions to elevate my ideas which was very helpful! Day of our wedding, I couldn’t have asked for a better turnout. I had an idea of everything I wanted, but gave her and assistants freedom to change anything they saw fit. Charlene, and her assistants Megan and Rene brought all my ideas to life better than I imagined! I was very happy with their service and their friendly/positive vibes. Her staff exceeded our expectations the day of - professional, kind, and made the wedding run smoothly. The banquet/ballroom had just gone through renovations before our wedding which made the space even more gorgeous and nothing can beat the view of the golf course and mountains (the balcony off of the ballroom was the perfect escape for a break)! We were lucky to have had great weather which made those outdoor pictures on the course so special. They also hosted our rehearsal dinner the night before - food for both nights was great. Highly recommend Maryland Golf and Country Club for your wedding (or next event)!

Camp Hidden Valley was the perfect venue for our wedding weekend! We were able to snag a June weekend for our wedding and it provided an incredible experience for us and our guests. The venue isn't too hard to find and as long as you communicate well with your guests the check in and check out our easy. There are multiple ceremony locations which is great since you never know what the weather in Maryland will do on a given weekend. The venue crew is easy to work with and were able to accommodate multiple pre-wedding day visits so we could get all of our ducks in a row. Extra shout out to Lindsay for being super on top of communications and overall a huge help!

The historic Liriodendron mansion, built in 1898, was the summer residence of Dr. Howard A. Kelly, one of the four founding physicians of Johns Hopkins Hospital. Sold to Harford County in the late 1970s, the mansion now operates as a historic, cultural, educational, and recreational facility, managed by the nonprofit Liriodendron Foundation, Inc. A hidden treasure nestled in the woods, edged with flower and boxwood gardens. Celebrate your special day here and create beautiful memories for hosts and guests alike.

We booked this venue due to how beautiful, classical, and elegant it looked. The price was also very fair and reasonable, however you really have to be aware of what you are getting when you book. The space is wonderful but you are truly just getting use of the space without any additional service. The employees of the Liriodendron were difficult to get in touch with following our booking. There was some staff turnover between booking and the day of our event that wasn't properly communicated. Additionally, they do not provide some of the day of services that were mentioned during our tour. The employee they had there on the day of our ceremony and reception basically was there to unlock the doors and to let us know when our time was up in the evening. If you are going to book with this venue, I would anticipate hiring a planner, or at the very least, a day of coordinator. Despite this, the venue is truly stunning and it photographed better than we could have imagined!

Gold City provided the reception music for a wedding I coordinated in early 2020. Leading up to the event, Matt was easy to work with, fun and professional. And, they did a fabulous job of keeping guests on the dance floor making sure everyone had a great time! They are on my referral list, and I would love to work with them again.
