Working with Chapel in the Pines was great. They offered payment plans at an affordable price. The location is a hidden gem. The property offered so many great photo ops & they catered to everything we asked for. Our big day was stress free! This is an all inclusive affordable venue that has indoor & outdoor options. The wedding coordinator, Amanda, went above & beyond to make sure every detail was accounted for! ️️️️️

I can't rave enough about Wilson Farm. It is the most beautiful place on earth and no photos will ever do it justice. All of our guests saved about the gorgeous scenery and every photo was perfectly picturesque. Eric and Laurie became like family to us through the wedding planning process helping us every step of the way and if there was something they could help with they went above and beyond to make it happen! We recommend them to anyone and everyone, absolutely perfect day and it never could have been possible without this incredible venue!

My entire bridal party and I stayed here my wedding weekend and it was fabulous! The house is so large so no one felt on top of eachother with multiple seating areas and common spaces all beautifully decorated Not to mention my cousin and I got to wake everyone up with our piano playing in the formal living room on the day of our wedding. The property is absolutely gorgeous and I felt like I was in a Nancy Myers movie while staying here. The landscaping is so well done and the massive kitchen was so helpful in feeding everyone while we were getting our hair and makeup done! Not to mention it was so great being able to have my dog there with me!

I helped my friend plan her wedding here, and it was such a beautiful wedding. The bride had a LOT of decor but the team there set it all up perfectly. The wedding was in December but the weather was still great. The venue is stunning, and her pictures came out amazing. She went with the venue's recommended vendors and they did a great job. Her buffet was delicious as were the cocktails! Definitely recommend for a gorgeous event and stress-free planning experience.

This Venue is the total package! Their property is so beautiful, even minimal decor is gorgeous there. They have an amazing wine selection and provide exceptional service. Booking with them also includes the tables and chairs that are high quality and beautiful. Their Accordion doors are also a beautiful accent that can make transforming the space efficient and smooth. On top of all of that, the all inclusive package that Waverly has is NEXT LEVEL. I didn’t have to search for vendors because Waverly had them already available & built into my package. It was an absolute dream to have one less thing to stress about. Their coordinator, Rachel, is absolutely amazing too. She answered every question I had & was the best cheerleader for us on wedding day. She had everything completely organized & made my vision come true for our wedding. My wedding was a dream come true, in huge part to the team at Waverly Estate.

As a facility rental, we provide tables and folding chairs inside, as well as complimentary parking. All outdoor furniture will need to be rented. Catering would be provided through one of our amazing catering companies we partner with and can average $120 to $200 per guest. Beverage service and bartenders are additional and are provided by the History Center. It is about $65 per person for a 4-hour premium full bar. We have a full property minimum on Saturdays of a peak month: April, May, June, September, and October. The facility rental fee for the Swan Gardens, Atlanta History Museum, and Grand Overlook ballroom on a Saturday is $12,500 and we have an additional $5,500 beverage minimum. Fridays and Sundays are $10,000 with a $2,500 beverage minimum. Most of our weddings can expect to spend between $400 to $1,000 per guest after all vendors and costs are added up and divided out per guest.

I am a catering and event consultant for a firm in Atlanta. Our team produces many social and corporate events throughout the year at this gorgeous facility. The grounds are stunning and the Swan House is one of the most sought after backdrops in the city. The team is fantastic to work with and together we've produced many flawless events over the years! My favorite part of working here is to see the face of our clients light up when they enter the room for the first time. Always a winner in my book!

We had the wedding day of our dreams at Stonebridge. This venue is gorgeous with many options for personalization(decoration wise) and photos. The indoor/outdoor versatility is awesome so guests don’t feel confined to one area throughout the night. The staff is amazing and always there to make sure we had everything we needed. My husband and I didn’t have to go and get ourselves drinks/snacks the entire time because we were constantly asked if we needed anything. The food is delicious! Our guests raved this was the best wedding food they’ve ever eaten. The staff is super personable and accommodating which you will realize from the very moment you step into Stonebridge for a wedding consultation. Every single aspect we discussed was orchestrated for us on our big day and MORE! I have to give a well deserved shoutout to Kim, Jeff and Hannah for playing a special part in making our wedding dreams come true. I've been the DJ at several hundred weddings over the last 25 years all around this lovely state. Fireseed is at the top of the list of my favorite venues. It's been especially great to see the evolution of the space over the years. They started off with a beautiful garden, an incredible chef, and a super nice indoor space for dinner and dancing. Good enough wasn't enough as now it has new amazing outdoor areas and great wedding party amenities. They also have event managers built in, so as a DJ I can focus on the music and emceeing. I don't mind the extra ferry ride for a night that I know is going to be well run and really fun. Oh. Almost forgot. The food is up there with anyone in the Northwest. Really, really good. Every time!

My now-husband and I found The Bonnie on a whim, met Kate, and knew that we’d found our venue. It’s the perfect blend of rustic and chic, casual but classy, and we had a WONDERFUL day. Our count ended up being around 125-130 people and it was absolutely perfect - everyone fit it the courtyard for our ceremony, and we had the full place for those who wanted a quiet spot inside to chat / drink, or dance the night away. Chef Nick helped us create an awesome menu, and the food was a hit! Kate and Diana were amazing - they helped make our day so special, and now we have a “our” place to go out for dinner/drinks whenever we want to revisit our wedding spot! Highly recommend.

I was so excited when I found this venue and the experience did not disappoint. I definitely underestimated the time and stress involved in planning a wedding, but Peachtree Catering makes it so easy. You met our designated Peachtree coordinator at our menu tasting and that kicked off all the detail start work: food and drink options, color schemes, linens, etc. and they will work directly with your additional vendors (DJ, florist, etc.). Everything is really organized and easy, from digital look books, to table setting mock-ups, all of the little details were already thought of, we just needed to make selections based on our personal style. I can't emphasize enough how awesome the staff is - the day went perfectly, the food was fantastic, the table settings and service were perfect, I can't think of any detail that was overlooked! Our day of rockstars were Ashley and George who made sure we were fed, got to taste every appetizer, and I don't think there was an empty water or wine glass all night!

Our 100 person wedding at Paradigm Gardens in April of 2024 was perfect. For starters, their Private Events Director Karen is unparalleled. Communication was clear and consistent from the very beginning, and we never felt like they were trying to upsell us. As two more laid-back brides, she made sure we didn't overlook any important details. If your food is the most important aspect of your wedding, stop reading this and call Paradigm Gardens to book now. Our budget was fairly limited, but Chef Pat over at Karibu Kitchen (Paradigm Gardens' Catering) made the most of every dollar we spent. The food and bar packages were, hands down, the best we encountered at any venue in New Orleans. We had so much fun designing our custom menu with Chef Pat, and the tasting at Tchoup yard was one of our favorite parts of the planning process. Our family and friends still tell us it was the best food they've ever had at any wedding. The team even went out of their way to make sure our bar included our favorite brand of pickle vodka shots which turned out to be one of the highlights of the night. The location in Central City was perfect. It allowed us to have our rehearsal dinner downtown, and also take our pre-ceremony pictures at Audubon Park without requiring much driving time to and from the venue. The lush garden was more than we could have asked for as a backdrop. We said our vows in a short ceremony then watched the sunset over cocktails and dinner. The jasmine was in full bloom which made for awesome photos. The goats were a big hit with our wedding guests and the outdoor kitchen acted as a sort of fiery centerpiece to the whole evening. We had a local DJ playing New Orleans bounce and spent the majority of the night on the dance floor under the string lights. Without a massive budget, we anticipated having to compromise on a lot of aspects to be able to afford a wedding in New Orleans, but we couldn’t have been more wrong. We will forever be grateful to the folks at Paradigm Gardens for giving us the wedding of our dreams.

Everything from the entrance table to the layout of the guest tables to the décor was exactly how I wanted it. I love that SV gave me access to their online seating chart so I could do my own layout and make changes up until a couple days before the wedding. Jennifer had very minimal questions for me the week of which is crucial because, as a bride, the week of the wedding is very overwhelming; the last thing you need to worry about is your setup at the venue. SV also provides a spacious bridal suite with a code generated lock where you and your bridal party can store all of your belongings throughout the night. Let's also not forget about the mirrors in the suite that light up at the touch of your finger; I wish I'd spent more time in there but, as everyone always says, the night flies by - and they are right! Another benefit of having your wedding at SV is that the grounds and pond make for beautiful photos! Some of my best photos were captured right next to the pond under a beautiful tree. While having photos taken, it was so refreshing to look over and see our guests fully enjoying cocktail hour that was setup outside with an open bar and delicious appetizers provided by Flour. If you are able to, splurge and rent some colorful linen from Event Source and hire an acoustic musician to play during cocktail hour. It really makes for a magical evening for your friends and family. I cannot tell you how many people commented on how SV was the most beautiful venue they'd ever been to. I couldn't agree more and I can't believe I almost didn't get married there! I really could not have pictured having my wedding anywhere else. If you are stuck between a few venues, do yourself a favor and just go with Sun Valley! Between Jennifer (wedding planner), Melissa (photographer) & Scott (DJ), you are working with three seasoned industry professionals who know how to put on a party! You will not regret your decision!

Millwick is stunning to say the least, it is hidden away very inconspicuously into the heart of the arts district and takes you away from the bustle of the city into a cozy tropical paradise. The greenery is amazing and venue is very well taken care of with many options to organize as you wish for your wedding day. Really set the stage for us having to bring in less but still exceed the vibe we were looking for at our wedding. The staff at Marvimon was very friendly and accommodating thru the process. One thing I will advise is that you not take their preferred vendor list too lightly, vendors make it on that list because they have shown the ability to perform and have been vetted thru numerous successful events there. We had one vendor in particular that had worked there before but wasn’t on the preferred list and it became a nightmare come wedding week trying to get things straightened out. Dana and Clare with Marvimon were way more accommodating than they had to be which we were very thankful for, helping to push this vendor to get what they needed. Come wedding day, Alesandro and team crushed it with the support, we had some sporadic rain to deal with so there were some parts of the day such as setting up the ceremony furniture that the team delayed as long as they could to keep the seating dry for everyone and they just generally rolled with the punches and were there to support as needed. Very happy with how things turned out and definitely recommend Millwick and the whole Marvimon team for any wedding/ events you may have.

We had an amazing experience with our wedding at the Essex Club. Jessica was our point person and was very communicative, our Maitre D (Rob) was phenomenal. Bridal assistant was equally as awesome. They accommodated us every step of the way. It rained on our day, and they made our ceremony happen indoors without a hiccup. Of course it's nearly impossible to have a 100% perfect day (obviously, you can't control rain), but we walked away 100% satisfied and would recommend this venue to anyone looking for a professional, elegant, and trustworthy venue. The venue was gorgeous, you can tell that the owners take pride in it. The guests had nothing but great things to say about it. The bridal/groom rooms were to die for. Shelly really went out of her way to help make sure that the day was perfect. She was very knowledgeable and helped me out a ton with vendors. I didn’t have a coordinator but honestly didn’t need one with her expertise. I am so glad that I went with the Hidden Garden’s Venue. I would 101% recommend the venue to other brides.

The garden behind the dance floor allowed for beautiful pictures. We took out photos in the backyard with the pond and hills in the background and they came out amazing. Once the sun set we had an unbelievable view of the Milky Way while we made smores sitting around the fire pit. All in all it was an AMAZING venue. I would recommend Stephanie and Wishing Well Falls to anyone looking for a gorgeous outdoor setting!

I am a new wedding coordinator in Skagit Valley and I was invited to help coordinate a styled-shoot at A&K Alder Farm and immediately Jessica Benson was highly communicative, collaborative, and delightful to work with. When we got onsite, Jessica and Kate were welcoming and warm as they showed us around all the ceremony sites: The Field, The Orchard, and The Alder Grove. Their property is beautifully maintained and the view is incredible. Aside from the property itself, there are some really unique features that make this venue stand out above the rest: an Airbnb onsite for a romantic wedding night; two campsites with fire pits for an after-ceremony celebration; and a wide open sky for star-gazing after a night filled with laughter and love. I highly recommend any couple check out this venue. It can be dressed up to be really fancy or left to it's natural beauty -- regardless of your style as a couple, this location can fit your needs. As a vendor, it was an absolute delight working with Jessica and Kate (and Anne)! They make you feel like one of the family and I hope to work with them again soon!

The venue can seat around 200 guests comfortably. The main space is a dream with beautiful white shiplap walls, gorgeous stained plank cathedral ceiling and lots of natural light. The main space is heated and cooled so you can be comfortable in any season. There is a covered porch that leads to a large flagstone patio with a white fireplace, this is a great space for rehearsal dinners or just an extension of the reception space. The bridal suite is in a separate building adjacent to the venue. Recently built in 2023, with nearly 800 sq feet you and your wedding party will have a comfortable space to enjoy the day. Finally, there is an open air chapel that can seat 200 guests comfortably. It has beautiful cathedral style windows in the front and back of the chapel and open arches on the sides. This chapel will make a great rain back up option for your wedding day or if you love it as much as we do, it can be a beautiful plan A option as well.

Amanda and Todd truly made our wedding memorable. All the guests commented on how beautiful their property is. Very professional and easy to work! We toured eight venues before my husband came across their venue and it was a fantastic decision. They have so many options for where you want your ceremony to be held. Fortunately we had perfect weather, but their venue has the best back-up plan to hold a beautiful ceremony indoors if you need to or want to!

I had checked out many venues prior to seeing True Heart Ranch. One look and meeting was all it took…absolutely stunning location from an incredible all wood barn, beautiful pastures with horses, to a ceremony under a gorgeous twin oak tree with a falling sunset as a backdrop. Cindy and family made everything easy. They were honest, exceedingly helpful, and so much fun! There were no hidden fees and information was upfront and well outlined and affordable. I’ve been to many weddings and although this was mine I must say it was perfect and all our guests raved about it and how beautiful and fun it was. We went for an elegant look keeping the charm of the rustic feel and it was beautiful! I highly recommend True Heart Ranch! My daughter is already planning to have her wedding here when it’s time. A true gem and I’m so thankful we chose to celebrate here.

This was a beautiful place to have an event! The people were great to work with and very helpful. Our guests made several comments on how comfortable and beautiful everything was. The setting was perfect. We had a High Tea wedding shower out doors on the upper lawn with a sweet little pond nestled off to the side and surrounded by evergreens, flowers and unique and beautiful plants. The space can safely handle any type of gathering. The way the garden "rooms" flow makes it great for a quaint little gathering or a larger event. Glad we chose them!

Their flexibility and willingness to accommodate last minute changes was invaluable. We couldn't have asked for more attentive, approachable, kind, and easy to work with people helping us pull off the wedding. f you are wanting a dreamy intimate mountain wedding.. look no further. We had our wedding at Alta Lodge on 8.28.20 and it was honestly a dream come true. Nothing beats that mountain view! So stunning! I've never seen a prettier view of the mountains. The lodge is such a cute venue and nothing beats its original charm. It's truly unique! The staff makes you feel at home and we are so happy to join the Alta family now. Rosie showed us the lodge in the beginning and was really helpful to give us all of the information that we needed. Molly was our wedding coordinator that came with the venue and was seriously a lifesaver!! She helped us every step of the way and made sure things were going as planned and things turned out just as we envisioned. When COVID happened, they let us know all of the new protocols and we are so lucky we didn't have to postpone our wedding. They did everything they could to make sure our wedding was perfect.. even during a pandemic. Wedding planning during COVID is a nightmare for anyone, and when the world was suddenly flipped upsidedown Alta Lodge was there for us. We had 10000 questions about planning during a pandemic, and Molly took the time to meticulously answer every single one so we could be at ease. We are so grateful for the Alta staff for their dedication to make our day perfect despite these uncertain times. The food at our reception was amazing and the steak was the best I've ever had! We cut our guest list down to 43 and it felt like the perfect amount for the space. Everyone had such a great time and loved everything. It was so fun to take pictures in the mountains right after our ceremony. The patio was the perfect place for all of our wedding events. We loved being outside and the weather was perfect that time of year. We could go on and on about how much we love Alta.. in conclusion, we can't recommend them enough! (:

Family owned and operated Haue Valley ownership and staff provide great communication, clear directions and an amazing 3,000 piece Something Borrowed Closet with everything a bride needs to decorate the ceremony and reception areas. The ceremony area is outdoors and is versatile. There’s an alternate ceremony location on-site in case of rain. The alternate ceremony location isn’t the reception area. Yes! No need to rearrange the tables and chairs! The Groom’s Room has plenty of seating, a bathroom and is spacious. It also has a TV, shuffleboard and PlayStation to keep the guys occupied. The Bridal Suite is fabulous and beautiful in its own right. It is large, beautifully furnished, has a bathroom is and well lit and equipped for getting ready on your wedding day. Last, I will say that the entire site is beautiful and has many spots for pictures so there’s no need to go to other locations for photos. There’s a waterfall, a lake, a vineyard, an ivy wall, giant rocks and several other places that make fabulous backdrops for your wedding pictures. So glad we chose Haue Valley for our wedding venue!

Tables, chairs, benches, a dance floor, and arch are included in the venue rentals. The Maine of Williamsburg team sets up the space according to your desired layout and remains onsite throughout all events to assist in creating an exceptional wedding experience for all.

The Maine of Williamsburg was a dream to wedding plan at and the staff were more than accommodating to plan with. After booking The Maine in June 2022, we finally had our picture perfect day this May 2024. The day was beautiful and all of our vendors were amazing. Tracy and her staff at The Maine are very understanding about the inconsistencies with event planning, and we’re more very helpful recommending vendors that were familiar with the space. If I chose to use an outside vendor, the staff easily worked with my preferred vendors to establish the necessary contacts and paperwork. Overall, my planning process was stress free knowing I had a gorgeous venue with a beautiful outdoor ceremony space, including microphones and speakers, and a well maintained interior for an inside reception. There was plenty of space for my guests. The bathrooms were well kept, with plenty available to accommodate my 130 guests. Also, the interior of the facilities are nice and COOL—the AC was much needed after a hot and humid spring wedding. No amount of praise for Tracy and her staff will ever feel like enough. Located on the edge of Texas Woman’s University, the chapel is a secluded sanctuary that has held weddings since September 1939, a few months before its dedication by Eleanor Roosevelt. We have two beautiful ballrooms to host the wedding reception of your dreams! The Chapel attendant is present to set up the chapel for the wedding, set up the sound system and instruct your vendors on usage, and to oversee the facility. They will be happy to provide limited guidance and answer any questions you may have about the rehearsal or processional. If you desire full-scale coordination you are welcome to provide a planner or even a friend with experience to manage the flow of your wedding ceremony.

The Little Chapel in the Woods is an absolute gem in Denton concerning wedding venues. I’ve photographed tons of wedding there and the inside chapel area is beautiful and the surrounding gardens areas always offer so many different looks for beautiful photos. Great staff too.

I had my wedding at The Rust Belt in December 2023 and I have nothing but amazing things to say. First of all Julie is the best! She is quick to respond to emails and was so accommodating and answered all my questions in a timely fashion. The wedding itself was amazing from the cocktail hour to the ceremony to the reception! The bar staff was great and the venue looked incredible. I would recommend The Rust Belt over and over again and I hope to attend a wedding here in the future so I can be a guest.

We had our wedding here June 24, 2023 - and we could not have been happier with our choice. The venue itself is just beautiful already, but Dave and Terri are constantly doing work throughout the year to improve it in whatever way they can think of! We booked our venue 1 1/2 years in advance, so we took many trips to Stilly Brook during that time, and every single time we went to visit we noticed an additional change that had been made to keep the venue looking beautiful. Whether it was repainting to make something look more fresh/vibrant, planting new flowers, or adding a new structure to use as an additional option for ceremony location or photos - they are always working hard to keep this venue in tip top shape year round. Even the massive lawn stays mowed and in pristine condition! Additionally, a great feature here is while there are many outdoor options for where the ceremony is to be held, there is a beautiful indoor option as well! In the PNW, even for a summer wedding, it was great to know we had a great back up option in case the weather didn’t cooperate. Lastly, Terri is amazing to work with - she is so communicative, helpful, and knowledgeable. She lays things out thoroughly to help navigate all the ins and outs of wedding planning you may not even think of, and was always available for any questions or needs we had. Special mention to their preferred bartender, Leanne, who was just as communicative and helpful as Terri while planning for the bar! The great quality and kindness of the preferred vendors, and the beautiful condition of the property itself, are a reflection of all the care that is put into this venue by Dave and Terri - this is something that becomes even more clear with each interaction, as this care is poured into your day as well. We highly recommend Stilly Brook!!

But I would love to shout out the bridal attendant Jade and maitre d Loyd, they really kept our night going ensuring we had everything we needed from switching shoes to refilling our drinks. The food was incredible and the drinks were even better. We've been getting non-stop compliments about our night on how fantastic the staff, venue and service was. We just had our wedding on 2/9/24. Everything turned out amazing! Better than expected. Alissa, our day of coordinator was the best person to work with. She constantly checked on me, asking if I needed anything. The banquet captain was amazing as well. We had appetizers, cake, desserts, and drinks placed on our table for us. They really anticipated our every need. Weather was touch and go the week leading up to the wedding and our reception was planned for one of their outdoor spaces but they had several options should it rain and we wouldn't need to give an answer until a few hours before the start of the wedding. The space itself is beautiful. My favorite part is that their decor is already so nice that you don't really need extra stuff. My bank account thanks them for that haha. There is so much more I could say to rave about this place but then my review wouldn’t fit lol. Everything was perfect and if I had to do it all over again I would pick Lindsay Grove every time. I will add one more thing. A lot of reviews I’ve seen complained about not having the same event coordinator throughout the planning process, we got lucky and happened to have the same one which was really nice. However, since I had read reviews I was prepared to not have the same person and would have been ok with that. They take very detailed notes at each planning meeting and review them with you at the start of each meeting and again at the rehearsal so I don’t think it would have resulted in any issues. I truly have no complaints about how my wedding turned out. Lindsay Grove handled everything incredibly well and I hope this review helps convince you to choose them!

My husband and I had the pleasure of working with Stephanie and the team at Inn at Leola Village for our wedding and if we had to do it all over again, we would choose them every single time! The venue offers a great deal of variety - it's rustic with industrial charm while offering modern finishes- something totally unique that we loved. While the Inn itself is quaint and has a ton of character throughout making it a very unique experience for guests. When it came down to planning the big day our coordinator, Stephanie, was an absolute joy to work with. Not only was she incredibly informed and on top of the ball she was very patient with me and my (many) question filled emails. We had to postpone our 2020 wedding due to Covid and thank god for her because she remained calm and ensured us that we will get our perfect day no matter what - she was not wrong! On the big day Stephanie had everything under control. I was able to sit back and actually enjoy the day, something I hope every bride/groom gets to experience. One thing I want to make sure I mention is how spectacular the food was. Having been to quite a few weddings myself, I’m not a fan of the food that’s usually offered but this does not apply to the Inn at Leola Village. I have a food allergy and they had no problem working with me so we didn’t have to compromise taste for my comfort. Our guests are still raving about how delicious the food for cocktail hour and dinner was plus the portions were generous! No seriously, my husband is asking if I can try and recreate the Penne with Lavender Honey Sauce because it was that good (I have yet to succeed). PS get the homemade donuts for dessert, you won’t be sorry! Thank you to the incredible staff at Inn at Leola Village for making our dream wedding come true. We will be back for our anniversary next year!

Each spring, full-grown lilac azaleas scent the air with their sweetness, followed by a shower of tiny white confederate jasmine blooms spilling over the gazebo's filigree dome. Summer brings daylilies, gardenias, and fluffy blossoms of mophead hydrangeas mixed in with repeat-blooming impatiens and hybrid roses.

I highly recommend the Atrium and all of their professionals that work within the company. My fiancé and I picked this venue because we needed a place that was all inclusive and a well oiled machine. I have been in the wedding industry for years and it felt good to RELEASE all control to the hands of these amazing professionals. Brides..including myself, get caught up in the "Pinterest/ Instagram worthy" weddings and that's great, but If you don't HOUSEWIVES OF ATLANTA money then sometimes it seems like those dreams for us budget friendly brides are untouchable. I never felt like I needed to be and or have a "luxury" budget with the staff at the Atrium. They worked their magic to make sure that my husband and I had a BEAUTIFUL EVENT. We had major financial hiccups closer to the wedding and they just pivoted with us, again showing the utmost professionalism and empathy; within the guidelines of their policies. I cannot thank everyone enough!!!

This venue has everything you need. After looking around at many venues, being unsure with what to do, we met Britta, and it was a breath of fresh air when we found Jackson Manor. We did the all inclusive option and it did not disappoint. The grounds are beautiful, the gazebo is stunning, there’s a huge bridal suite to get ready in and grooms suite for the boys. The lights at night make it this magical ambiance, and the arches are so beautiful for your guests to walk in and for a fun sparkler send off! I could go on and on and say so many amazing things about this venue, it was so perfect for our wedding with little Disney magic everywhere. It is easy to recommend the Arizona Inn as a great place to hold a wedding reception. We hosted our daughter's reception there. Crystal and the staff at the Arizona Inn could not have been more helpful, courteous and thoughtful. They anticipated the rhythym of the event and made suggestions for maintaining the tenor that we wanted. When situations arose requiring special consideration the staff responded. The rooms we used were beautifully arranged and welcoming, and the grounds, as usual, were spectacular. We can recommend the Arizona Inn and their staff, without qualification.

Built in the middle 1948 from timber on the property. This cabin is made from hand hued logs and hand mixed concrete for the foundation. In the early 60s Lyman Winfrey bought the cabin and moved his family from the city of Spirit Lake to the cabin. In 2008 the Winfrey family remodeled the cabin to add better heating, new flooring, and more. In 2020 the Winfrey’s made more updates to host the wedding of their daughter, updating the landscape and other amenities. We know you will fall in love with the quiet and calm ambience of the wooded property that has hosted some of our family's most special occasions and casual weekend retreats. My only recommendation when it comes to event planning. The venue has all inclusive packages as they have a team of preferred vendors from photographers to DJ's to bakers. The country chic look is perfect for anything from a rustic inspired birthday party to a romantic inspired wedding. They can cater your food needs as well as your decor needs and everything in between. They have beautifully decorated suites above their barn for brides/grooms, quinceañeras and anyone else who needs to getting ready at the venue and suites also double as rentals for Airbnb. They also have a bar with licensed bartenders to serve up yummy cocktails. You cannot go wrong with this venue. Say "I do" today at The Ranch on Vinton Road!

We had our wedding in the ballroom. Very scenic and beautiful venue! Overall a pretty good venue that includes food, tables, chairs, linens, etc. The ballroom house itself is beautiful with lots of light indoors due to the large windows, and a nice deck for an outside ceremony. Zoe communicated with us and answered all our questions and did our tasting and planning, until a week before the actual day where we were assigned a day of coordinator. I found this system to be not great, since the day of coordinator was essentially a stranger that you've never talked to at all, and you basically have to re explain everything you want. Even though they have an online planning tool (which is old and outdated), I found that they got our aisle directions wrong, the reception layout wrong, and our dinner meals were wrong. Thankfully, we had a separate planner that was able to correct these things, so I recommend getting an outside coordinator that works directly with you if you have room in the budget. Another thing was our limited setup time of 1.5 hours meaning the florist and other vendors couldn't set up earlier with more elaborate decorations and had to do something simple. I found out that this is because they had another wedding at the same place before ours (literally ending at 4) and so they rush to get the place cleaned for the evening wedding. The main room and the suit was renovated, but the bathrooms were all still dingy and not the best/cleanest to use. The food was good though, better than we had at our tasting and they got it out fast. Our vendors were fed the same food, and our guests thought it was pretty good wedding food. Apart from the couple hiccups we had, we thought the venue was great overall and really beautiful and we don't regret having our wedding there at all. It could be a little bit better in the small details for the price though.

When looking for a venue, my fiance has been very particular. She has a certain look and style she is going for and would not bend toward the typical ballroom venues, that are still beautiful but not her specific style. When she found Bellevue Hall, she took a tour while I was at work and all she could talk about was how much she couldn't wait to show me the place to see for myself. I trusted her gut and booked without even seeing the place until months later for our tasting. Let me tell you, the food was out of this world and the venue was even more beautiful. Not only did we get to choose our menu while sitting in a mock reception set up, there was so much that they offered at the tasting from all of the appetizer stations, dessert stations, and the sit down part of dinner. It ran like the actual reception and left nothing for our imagination. I was BLOWN away. The venue itself is really beautiful too. It is a very nice estate with beautiful grounds. If you're looking for an estate wedding, where guests can utilize the entire wedding and aren't forced to stay in one or two rooms the whole time, this place is a must for you. Our planner is also great and very responsive with emails and phone calls. They are very thorough about pricing too and offer a lot of incentives. We're excited about our wedding in a few months!

The sales team was helpful with any questions I had throughout the process and our day of coordinator and banquet captain were both immensely helpful in making sure the details went smoothly, we were well-fed and drinking and made sure things went on schedule. Lots of little decorations were provided so that took a financial and logistical burden off of us. We had no issues with any of the vendors that Wedgewood partners with. One thing to note, the suite for the bridal parties to get ready in is only available for two hours prior to the event. The bridesmaids and I got an AirBnB to get hair and makeup done in and it worked out fine.

Our wedding spanned five different exhibits/areas of the Penn Museum -- from a procession in the Stoner Courtyard to the ceremony in Pepper Hall, to cocktail hour in the Lower Level Egypt exhibit (where the Sphinx used to be), to dinner in the Chinese Rotunda, and finally dancing in the Upper Level Egypt exhibit. Being surrounded by the galleries in a beautiful venue made for a unique and unforgettable event! Everything went smoothly thanks to the thoughtfulness and attentiveness of Atiya German and Michelle Bach (CxRA). They helped us accomplish our vision for our wedding, and were accommodating to our special needs for food, decor, a few young children in attendance, clothing changes, an unexpected light rain on the wedding day, and even a horse at the procession! Prices were very reasonable, especially when compared to other similar venues in Philly, and we were only ever charged for what we used. I highly recommend Penn Museum and working with Atiya in particular.

How much do wedding & reception venues cost?

The cost of wedding venues varies, with factors influencing cost including size, location, guest count, and, most importantly, whether things like catering and rentals are included. The more a reception venue near you includes, the higher the cost. When considering venues, try to compare prices apples-to-apples. If one venue includes catering and rentals in their pricing and the other doesn’t, you need to figure out how much additional cost those outside vendors would be to make a true comparison. Before booking, be sure you’re aware of additional costs outlined in your contract, like parking fees and weather-related considerations (adding a tent, etc.).

What questions should we ask wedding venues?

When talking with a potential venue, always ask about 1) their availability and 2) their capacity. Some popular venues book up peak season Saturdays nearly 2 years in advance—if your first choice date isn’t available, consider your flexibility on day of the week and year. While maximum capacity is non-negotiable, venues might have guidance on what guest count will be most comfortable. Also, you’ll want to understand what is and is not included in the venue’s fees. Some include catering, tables and chairs, and linens, while others offer just the raw space. These venues are often less expensive because you are only paying for the space itself, and you’ll have to bring in outside vendors
