I'm a long time hobby baker that started my cake business in 2019. I've developed a passion to customize creative cakes for my clients. My name is Allison and I am a cottage wedding cake baker/designer based in New Market, MD and I am so excited for you to embark on this next exciting chapter in your lives. I have the best job in the wedding industry, cake making, and I specialize in bespoke, custom cakes that are specially tailored to fit you! I have been baking for forever but I decided to take the plunge into business in 2017. I did not go to school for baking, but I was trained in both professional bakeries & my home kitchen growing up ;-) Baking for others brings me great joy and I would love the opportunity to bake for you & your loved ones on your special day.

I was born into baking and while my love started as a way to satisfy my sweet tooth and cravings, it grew to a love of the artistry of baking, the experimentation of flavor profiles, and the desire to find new ways to design edible creations that were unique.

Cake Artista, a clean food company that is transforming what it means to create healthy alternative desserts. Our motto is “we respect sugar” because we are able to create desserts from scratch using less sugar and replacing them with more natural gourmet spices. Our product offerings are crafted in clean, non-GMO, zero trans fat, gluten-free, vegan, plant-based, and paleo desserts. We believe that no one should be left out of a dessert celebration because of their dietary restrictions. The heart of Cake Artista is one thing: We honor God in all that I do. We are the alternative or complimentary to that wedding cake. We offer chocolate fountains, candy stations, s'mores stations, dessert tables, donut walls, Nespresso and more. We do not make cakes. I am a third generation chocolaholic. My mother eats Hershey's syrup with a spoon from the fridge and at 89 ALWAYS has chocolate ice cream at the top of her shopping list.
