Founded in 1814, The West Boylston Company was a large textile manufacturer in West Boylston, MA. At the turn of the century the company faced a crisis: the site of their mill would be flooded to form the Wachusett Reservoir. Instead of abandoning the mill, the company dismantled it brick by brick and shipped it to its new home in Easthampton, where it was rebuilt on the banks of the Lower Mill Pond. The oldest house in Philo (1888), it was Anderson Valley’s first post office and stagecoach stop that decades later was the Philo Pottery Inn. During the painstaking restoration we did using nearly all salvaged materials, its secrets and history began to resurface. We were constantly discovering little finds, over 200 1880's old glass bottles buried on the grounds to the headline clad 1915 newspaper lined walls in the main house. It’s been part remodel and archeological dig. Now it’s ready to host events & make fresh memories for decades to come. A few years ago we were lucky enough to add 20+ acres of open meadow lands & forest contiguous to TKO for events & glamping and built an amphitheater by Indian Creek in the woods. We can host up to 100 and have have 12 bedrooms in three fab houses, plus glamping tents. We are a full service venue with an exclusive in-house catering and full beverage program, located in Seattle’s vibrant Georgetown neighborhood. Housed in a warehouse garage and the historic Mission Theater, our space combines contemporary amenities with vintage elegance, featuring high ceilings, exposed brickwork, and carefully curated architectural artifacts. Our versatile floor plan includes two adjoining spaces, two mezzanines, stage, grand staircase, plus a private, tree-filled outdoor courtyard. Welcoming for 40 to 300 guests, it’s available year-round, seven days a week for weddings, receptions, birthday and anniversary parties, company parties & meetings, fundraisers, product launches and more.
