The Charleston Rifle Club is a beautiful recreational facility located on 14 acres on the banks of the Ashley River. Established in 1855, it has been a gathering place of families for decades. It boasts an outdoor pavilion, fishing dock and picnic area on a private island, as well as a Ballroom. The Charleston Yacht Club was founded in 1934 at Adger's Wharf at the end of Tradd Street and moved to our current location at the city marina in 1985.
