I want to purchase an item on a couple's registry, but when it redirects me to the new website, the price is much higher than what is listed on Zola - can I get the lower price?

We give couples the flexibility to add gifts from any website to their Zola registry. If a couple adds from an external website, the price listed (and any applicable fees) is the accurate price.

The couple may have added this during a promotional period which might explain the pricing discrepancy. Unfortunately, we have no way to honor that price as we're not affiliated with the external website.

If you find the item cheaper on a different website and would like to have the item marked as purchased, please contact us.
