I received my order but I got the wrong item - what do I do?

We're so sorry to hear you received the wrong item!

You can request a return from your Gift Tracker if this was a gift, or from the Orders You've Placed page if you placed this order yourself.

Select the item you should have received, and add a photo of the item you received. We'll send you a prepaid return label and ship you the correct item.
