I received a gift from my registry that I added from an external website, but I haven't received it - where is my gift?

If you added this item from an external website, then your guest would have been redirected directly to that store's website to make their purchase.

Unfortunately, we aren't able to see the order or shipping details of a gift purchased outside of Zola.

When your guests are redirected to an external website, we do ask them to share their order number with us, so you have it for your records in cases like this.

If you do not see this item on your Gift Tracker, or if the order number is missing from it, we recommend connecting with the gift giver to see if they have a status on the gift.
