My family recently moved from Portland, Oregon to Columbia, South Carolina. I am new to the area, but not new to weddings. I have had the absolute joy to be coordinating weddings full-time in the PNW for the last 4 years and non-profit and theatrical events for the last 10 yrs. In the off-season, my husband and I (along with our two small boys) are working on building a house and a home on some land in Kershaw County with the hopes of someday opening my very own wedding venue in the area, I am so excited to bring my experience and passion to our new home.

Hi! ! I'm Alexandra and I'm the lead planner behind Alexandra Madison Weddings (AMW). Back in 2013, I made a decision to dive into training in various areas that make wedding day magic happen. Since 2017, AMW has been proudly serving brides full time, bringing their wedding visions to life. With an average of 40-60 weddings each year, we've fine-tuned our expertise to create unforgettable moments. On your special day, our team of 2-4 talented planners and assistants will be there to ensure every detail is perfect. We can't wait to embark on this exciting journey with you!

A Veiled Event + Design was founded in 2021 after owner, Jesica, put together her variety of experiences, passion for planning and hospitality together. Jesica was born and raised in Charleston and has worked in almost every industry which contributes to a wedding: fine jewelry, ballroom dance, hospitality, food and beverage, men’s fashion & bridal fashion! She created her business with the vision in mind that all couples should be able to have the help to create their wedding day at a reasonable price without sacrificing the level of service received.

With over 5 years of experience in the wedding/event industry, our team brings expertise in planning and coordinating for occasions of all sizes! With training and continuing education from the New York Institute of Art and Design, our team stays up to date with the latest trends and practices of the industry. We want to bring creativity, organization, and an incredible client experience to you and your partner on your special day! Ivy Weddings & Events, LLC is a professional, unique, intuitive event company that customizes every event with its own style. We provide a free consultation so that we get to know you, learn about your hopes for your wedding/event and create a customized package with the exact level of support you are looking for! To create your customized proposal, we always start with the wedding management package and build from there. Although we create an initial contract together, tasks can always be added throughout the planning process. All packages come with 2 coordinators on the day-of your wedding and email access to your planner throughout.

Hey, there! I am a "Type A" wedding planner out of Greenville, SC. I fell in love with the Wedding Industry when my sister got married during the HEIGHT of COVID (August 2020) and we were put in the position of having to make about a million changes to accommodate health and safety needs. Since then, I've helped so many couples plan their perfect day. I love "The Office," vanilla iced coffee, reading mystery books, Jesus, and tuxedo cats.
