THE 101 is in the heart of the wonderful, stunningly gorgeous and vibrant neighborhood of Pioneer Square making it the perfect venue for celebrations, weddings, corporate events, and much more! THE 101’s large open space can seat up to 200 guests, and creates the ultimate freedom and flexibility for your event, along with an awesome backdrop of the city. THE 101 offers flexible rentals, including 24-hour, multi-day and hourly, and includes the freedom to choose your own vendors, tables and chairs, complimentary wifi and is pet-friendly.

WithinSodo is a beautifully-renovated warehouse in the SoDo district of Seattle with 5 event spaces: the Parlor, the Gallery, the Lounge, the Ballroom & the Rooftop Deck. These 5 spaces when combined include an incredible partially-covered rooftop deck with a spectacular view of downtown, a full commercial / catering kitchen, an A/V System with HD projector, 16-foot screen, 3+ full bar areas, 5 restrooms, a VIP / green room / bridal suite, Wi-Fi, & ample free parking.

Imperia Lake Union is situated in former historic Lake Union Café, originally built in 1927 and converted to an event venue over 20 years ago. The Ruins is a whimsical venue hidden in plain sight, in the heart of Seattle’s Lower Queen Anne neighborhood. For several decades, the Ruins was known as Seattle’s best kept secret, hosting private dinners and wild parties for its members. The Ruins boasts a maximalist aesthetic and is full of surprises big and small, including an antique life-size animatronic elephant built in 1931 for the Paris World Exhibition. The Ruins has a unique ability to take guests to another time and place, making them forget what lies on the outside. Our 7.5 acres of luscious Northwest native plants, meandering paths, and a peek-a-boo view of Puget Sound and the Olympic Mountains never cease to amaze guests. This is truly the most beautiful garden in Seattle! There are many reasons to choose Dunn Gardens for your wedding, but one of the nicest things about celebrating here is that we only do one wedding per week, allowing you and your vendors to begin set-up on Thursday with a final clean-up on Monday. Our weddings range in size from simple elopements to micro weddings of up to 40 guests. We are flexible and always enjoy working with couples to create the wedding of their dreams. Shafer Baillie Mansion is a historic 14,000 sq foot mansion in the Capitol Hill neighborhood of Seattle. It has hosted weddings of many sizes from very small to over 100, we now limit our capacity to 50 people indoors for a cocktail style reception. We can seat 35 people inside for a ceremony and sit down dinner or 50 outside in the courtyard. We offer our own catering services as well as a wedding officiant.
