Blooming Iris Designs

5.0

Philadelphia, PA

My name is Maggie and Blooming Iris Designs was inspired by my daughter. After 7 years as a wedding coordinator and being laid off due to covid, I wanted to find another way back into "wedding world." I stumbled upon a Floral Design Certification Program and decided to enroll. I then started my small business, out of my garage.

Maggie just did the florals for our September wedding and they turned out better then we could have dreamed! I am a pretty indecisive person and so making a decision on the flowers was hard for me. I honestly feel like I did not give her much to go off of but a couple photos! Maggie was knowledgeable about what kind of flowers could match my “Pinterest” vision and made it come to life. She nailed our hanging flowers arch, flower box welcome sign as well as mine and all my bridesmaids bouquets, bud vases for our centerpieces and all the other areas we had added some florals. I truly believe her color choices and the type of flowers chosen made the aesthetic of our wedding romantic and lovely. We would recommend Blooming Iris Designs 1000x over!

    Creations by Coppola

    5.0

    Philadelphia, PA
    • Starts at $5

Marianna came to the United States via Monte Di Procida, Italy and her passion for all things beautiful drew her towards artistic creation. She went to study at the Flower School of New York, where she trained alongside New York’s most renowned floral artists. Her nostalgic memories of her seaside hometown, known for its jagged cliffs, dramatic vistas, and lemon tree orchards serve as the inspiration for her floral arrangements. Her passion is in crafting beautiful stories through flowers. The Creations by Coppola brand is well-established and awarded in the industry and locally.

Marianna and her team were so easy to work with. She understood our vision and had no problem updating the plan as some items were added over time. We wanted a lot of texture and Marianna delivered with open pomegranates in some of the table bouquets! Creations by Coppola had fantastic professionalism and great designs while also being more affordable than some other florists we looked into.

          Woodland Floral Design Co.

          5.0

          Biglerville, PA
          • Serves Philadelphia, PA

Proud Cat & Dog Mom // Your New Wedding Vendor BFF It’s never been just about pretty flowers to me. I started out in social work because I wanted to serve and connect with others. I first entered the floral design world as an intern in 2016 and noticed a lack of originality in designs and a need for more connection between the florist and the couple. When I started WFD in 2019, I decided to prioritize both artistic designs and building long-term relationships with each couple. Planning my own wedding in 2021 gave me an even deeper appreciation for the importance of receiving creative expertise and genuine support from wedding vendors.

I don't even know where to start with Misha and Woodland Floral Design Co. First of all you get so much more than a "vendor" with Misha, you get a lifelong friend. As soon as my husband and I got off our initial call with her we knew she was the florist for us. She was genuinely interested in the two of us, what we envision and what we want our day to feel like and for our guests to feel. I know absolutely nothing about flowers, what looks good and I wasn't about to pretend I did. From that moment on I found a friend. She would check in on me and make sure I was feeling good, we chatted about our love for bachelor and bachelor in paradise. I let Misha have creative freedom and she did more than deliver. She gives you magic on your wedding day. She gives you the most beautiful, one of a kind wedding flowers that m make your day even more beautiful than you could ever imagine. Anytime I would see her post flowers for another event or wedding I would get so excited knowing that one day she would be making something beautiful for me. She truly cares for her couples and lets you know it. What sets Misha apart from everyone else is the love she has for what she does, the love she has for her couples and the one of a kind masterpieces of magic she creates. Seriously stop looking for a florist and friend and book now. Thank you Misha from the bottom of mine and Nicks heart. We are forever grateful for all that you have done for us and for being a huge part of our wedding day story. You are truly an incredible artist and friend. thank you thank you thank you

Flower Moxie – Do-It-Yourself Wedding Flowers

          5.0

          Oklahoma City, OK
          • Serves Philadelphia, PA

In 2013, 8-year wedding veteran Amy McCord Jones realizes she wouldn't be able to afford to hire her own floral services if she was a bride. Then, Amy discovers that there is basically zero help available for DIY brides. No flower recipes. No instructions. No access to florist-grade blooms. Rude. So she launches Flower Moxie! Flower Moxie remains a humble, tucked-away small business out of Oklahoma City. We don’t zoom around on scooters in some fancy high-rise. We stock an average kitchen with canned wine and Aldi chips and listen to true crime podcasts while photographing curvy ranunculus. Join us. There’s cake, hugs, and acceptance here.

This is the best flower vendor ever! They truly care about customer service and making sure you are pleased for your important day! I made a mistake with the dates and they were so accommodating and helped me figure everything out. Especially Luis! I highly recommend Flower Moxie to everyone!

Working with Jen on our florals was the best decision we could have made! Our flowers were ready a month before our wedding taking away a huge stressor for our big day. Her ordering process was easy to use and as time went on whatever changes we needed Jen took care of right away and gave us insight to what would look best. Everything was extremely affordable and being able to personalize your florals is so important and made them all the more special. Our guests and wedding party complimented our centerpieces, arrangements, and bridal party florals all night. Another special aspect is the longevity of our florals. We have both my bouqet and my husbands boutonniere on display in our home and they will last a lifetime for us to look at and remember our wedding. I will forever be thankful for Wood & Word Blooms for making our wedding all the more beautiful.
