“Where do I start? We had Jeffrey Lang from Baltimore Sound, and I could not have asked for a more fun and memorable wedding. Jeff and the whole team were extremely professional, timely, knowledgeable, entertaining, and prepared. We had the pleasure of hearing Jeff at his residencies in the Baltimore area. I said a few times several years ago that if we ever get married, that will be our DJ. When we first started planning, I reached out to a few vendors and friends and Baltimore Sound came unanimously recommended. Low and behold it turned out to be Jeff’s company! Baltimore Sound covered our ceremony, cocktail hour, and reception, which were all in different places on the same property. The transition was seamless. By the time the ceremony was over, the music in the cocktail room was already set up, and same with the ceremony. Jeff and his assistant came dressed sharp and professionally and they truly delivered A Plus First Class service. Baltimore Sound and Jeff literally had ALL of our guests of all ages dancing ALL night. They had all of our songs that we requested, even some more obscure songs we wanted, and the timing of their playing could not have been better. We requested some songs in advance, but left the rest up to Jeff and he completely nailed down our vibe and did a great job, reading the room and deciding when to play what type of song. It was truly seamless and perfectly executed. Baltimore sound also provided our lighting including a gorgeous gobo light with our names. It elevated the entire experience. Jeff and his assistant did a wonderful job communicating with our coordinator and other vendor team and I never had to be bothered with a question. There was honestly not a single hiccup during the entire night, but had there have been, I have full faith that Jeff and Baltimore Sound would have responded, professionally and efficiently. Before the wedding, Jeff communicated with me and stayed in touch. He responded to all my questions and gave me every bit of information needed to ease any worries in the planning process. I cannot wait to have another event where I can hire Jeff and Baltimore Sound. Thank you so much to Jeff and Baltimore sound for the best night of our lives!”

You can build an entire timeline of events and select what to play and how long to play it for in the app. Their app is great especially if you don’t have a planner/coordinator to plan your timeline. “We absolutely loved working with Kelton from Day 1. After our initial phone call, we loved how friendly and collaborative he was about putting together the right feel for our ceremony as well as reception - he had a fabulous planning doc we used throughout the months leading up the event with several of our other vendors that helped tie everything together, thanks to Kelton. He also offered the best add-on of lights and photobooth that we could hope for that suited our budget and crossed off having to find additional vendors for twice the cost. His setup and takedown was seamless and he was super self-sufficient throughout the event which made all the day-of-coordination smooth and our coordinator spoke highly of him and his team as well. Most importantly - he kept our guests dancing and enjoying all night long, timed our ceremony music exactly as we wanted, and MC'ed the speeches with everyone's names and relationships to us pronounced (we are from South American and Indian families so that meant a lot to us) and phrased just as we'd hoped & planned for. We also reached out about 3 months after the event to see if we could get our photobooth photos sent to us to have a copy in addition to those guests printed out and he was able to help us right away. He is the best, so thankful we were able to find him in the wild planning process!”

“I love dancing (badly) at weddings so a priority for me when planning my own was that the dance floor be packed! MyDeeJay paired us with DJ Jeff who was great to work with. He was super understanding of our music indecisiveness and some last minute adjustments. Day of, he made sure he knew how to pronounce everyone's names and gave all the speakers a heads up so they weren't surprised when it was time for them to speak. He also took our Spotify playlist for the pre-ceremony/cocktail hour/dinner and broke it up and expanded it to fit the vibe for each of those. And, of course, he played music that kept people on the dance floor all night! Making sure we had the right DJ was a priority for me and I'm so relieved we ended up with Jeff!”
