We couldn't have chosen a better videographer for our wedding! Andi was amazing throughout the whole process. She is incredibly professional, talented in her craft, and also responsive. We discussed the videography style that we wanted ahead of the wedding, and Andi took things to heart, capturing the day exactly the way we envisioned. On the day of our wedding, Andi was extremely professional and did everything in an unobstructive way. She captured so many special moments that we would have missed if not for her videography and produced a polished final product in a timely manner. We were blown away by the quality of the footage and her editing skills; she has an eye for detail and a real artistic sense of how to capture the essence of special moments in a beautiful way. We will cherish this film and plan to revisit it every once in a while to relive those heartfelt memories. We were lucky to find her as she was just starting her wedding film business. Her price is so good for what she offers. We would highly recommend Andi and Lastlook Films for your wedding!

Fourth Photography, LLC
Washington, DC
  • Documentary style
  • Starts at $1,499

I'm William, a dedicated and passionate photographer/videographer based in Washington, DC. My love of photography was born out of my love of travel. While exploring other countries and cultures, I was using my phone to document the people that I met and the places that I have been. This led me to buy my first professional-level camera; it has been with me ever since. I consider my photography style to be timeless. When I'm not behind the lens, you'll find me at my local movie theater or spending quality time with my family and friends.

Aprebs Video Creations

5.0

Montgomery Village, MD
  • Documentary style
  • Starts at $1,600

Hi! I'm Andrew, nice to meet you. I originally studied Photography at Salisbury University before moving on to teach Ballroom dancing for 7 years. While working in the dance industry I got the chance to film various dance performances and events and many hopeful new couples preparing for their first dance. I also have a YouTube channel I run and do my own editing for. I really got immersed in that process and it felt relatively familiar because I was used to photo editing. Putting them both together was a no brainer at that point. And thus, Aprebs Video Creations was born! Reach out to me about filming for your wedding today!

From the beginning when we had our first phone call with Andrew to go over our ideas and thoughts, we knew we were in good hands. He was so communicative and positive. We both felt very comfortable working with him. The day of our wedding he was thoughtful, kind, and did not make it feel awkward at all. My now husband is not big on being on camera, but Andrew was able to get all the shots we wanted, and we had such a great time having him around, it was like having a friend taking our video vs someone we found online and hired. He was so helpful and even asked moms if they were doing okay or needed anything. It really meant a lot to us to not only get the best video of our wedding that we could have asked for, but to feel so comfortable while everything was being caught on film. Thanks so much Andrew!

Virtual Wedding Videography by Movoly

5.0

Fairfax, VA
  • Documentary style

Virtual Wedding Videography is a business based out of Washington, District of Columbia, that specializes in documenting weddings to be shared through social channels. They offer a dedicated streaming service which means that anyone who can’t attend the big day can still experience the fun online. Showcasing each momentous milestone on a variety of platforms, these experts delight in making every celebration accessible to anybody the couple is happy to share with.

Brian was absolutely lovely! He was incredibly flexible, and even didn't even hesitate to accommodate us when we had plans for an outdoor ceremony with little access to wifi. Our video/streaming package went off without a hitch, and Brian even offered to tack on a little extra coverage after our ceremony. The turnaround time was extraordinarily quick, and absolutely perfect! It was just the extra touch we needed to have our families from afar be able to take part in our day!

I craft something that is both cinematic and beautiful, but also deeply personal. My goal is to create something captivating that you can cherish for a lifetime, while at the same time giving you and your guests an amazing experience.

Chad and Lauren are not only phenomenal humans, they are incredible at what they do and their work is unmatched. I was determined to find a videographer that could create a wedding video that was not so cookie cutter and like the rest. After our first conversation with Chad and Lauren, I was certain that this wasnt going to be another cookie cutter wedding video. I trusted they would create something special and unique and they did more than that. From our first conversation to our wedding Day, Chad and Lauren were extremely responsive, personable and made the entire process so easy. Their personalities and excitement were exactly what we needed and we were so happy to have the both of them with us on our wedding day. Chad and Lauren took time to get to know us, understood our vision and captured our wedding day perfectly. The video we received left us (and our family and friends) speechless and in tears. It is something we will cherish forever. No words can describe the amount of fun, happiness and true joy they were able to capture so perfectly throughout the day. We cannot recommend Mist and Moss enough. Thank you Chad and Lauren— you are a dream team and we are so grateful for you both!!!

Veiled Rose Films

Welcome to my world of wedding filmmaking! My name is Brian, and I'm a traveling filmmaker who's dedicated to preserving the magic of your big day. I believe that every couple deserves to relive their most cherished moments for a lifetime, and that's where I come in. With years of experience under my belt and a keen eye for detail, I specialize in crafting cinematic wedding films that transport you back to the very heart of your celebration. From the first kiss to the last dance, I'm committed to capturing all the nuances and emotions that make your love story one-of-a-kind.

Awarded Best of Zola
We hired Brian and Veiled Rose to film our entire wedding day. After looking at a number of other vendors, we choose to go with Brian because he offered a quality product at a reasonable price. We were pleased to find out after booking that he also provided streaming of the ceremony as an add on for a nominal fee. This worked out better than expected--so many of our family and friends who couldn't make it not only joined us online but were also able to leave us well wishes using the guest book feature on the platform. Brian reviewed our day-of timeline to make sure we had enough coverage in terms of his time for all the important moments. Even though, he was the only person filming, he used the second, stationary camera so effectively, it looks like he had an assistant. This helped save us money while still delivering a high-quality finished product. We loved the final videos (full video edited version, YouTube trailer and TikTok/Instagram Trailer). I especially loved the way he captured the details of our venue, my dress in motion, and small, unplanned but fun and special moments between us that could have easily been missed. In the full video he did a split screen during our toasts so we would not only remember our friends as they shared their love and blessings for our marriage, but we could also see our reactions to each of them and to each other. This was unexpected but one of my favorite parts among so many others moments he captured. Friends have told us how amazing our video trailers are and that they've watched them several times. So pleased and highly recommend Brian and Veiled Rose Films.

Granger Creative

Grand Rapids, MI
  • Vintage style
  • Starts at $4,000
  • Serves Washington, DC

Granger Creative is a full-service production company specializing in weddings/couples and branding. I’ve been working in the film + media industry for 5+ years and have loved every minute of it! I believe that there’s as much meaning and beauty in the subtle and intimate as there is in the grand and exciting. The films I create tend to be nostalgic and cinematic mixed with a documentary approach. My hope is that we can be a team, bringing your memories and emotions to life. Let’s create something together!

Awarded Best of Zola
Working with Michelle at Granger Creative felt natural and like it was "meant to be." We chatted before the wedding day to make sure we both felt confident with the day-of timeline, and on the wedding day our couple commented that we must have known each other from before! Perhaps we got along so well because we're both mid-westerners? Or maybe it's just because creatives that love what they do are always an easy match. Either way, I loved working with this gal, and you will too!

Piximpress®

Hi, I'm Henry Saint-Jean, a Virginia-based destination videographer. With a passion for motion pictures and sound from a young age, I founded Piximpress in 2014. My dedication has earned me awards, and I've had the privilege of capturing countless unforgettable wedding moments. Excited to collaborate on impressive videos that preserve cherished memories forever! Let's make your vision a reality!

Awarded Best of Zola
Henry and his team were beyond incredible. During our first meeting, we initially connected over both of our families being from Haiti. Henry answered all of my obnoxious, bridezilla questions without an ounce of irritation! He was so patient and accommodating. When it came to our wedding video plan we provided Henry with a very detailed day of timeline. Henry utilized this timeline to ensure that all of the important details and nuances of our special day were captured. On wedding day Henry and his team were the epitome of professionalism. They arrived early and Henry introduced us to his team and what they would be doing, and got straight to work. They blended into the background of all the hustle and bustle of the day seamlessly, which allowed for everyone to act natural and allowed Henry to get really organic footage. But by far the most significant and poignant example of going above and beyond and professionalism that I can share about PixImpress is this one. After the ceremony, the bridal party went to the roof to take photos and during that time the zipper on my dress broke. The wedding planner, nor anyone on her team had the appropriate materials to help patch the dress so we could finish photos. But one of Henry's team, who happened to be his lovely wife, came to my rescue with safety pins on hand! Talk about MVP! I could not have dreamed of a better videography team, and my husband and I look forward to using PixImpress in the future.

Flare Hill Productions

5.0

Cliffwood, NJ

Hello! My name is Jeff Bien Aime I am the Founder and Lead Videographer of Flare Hill Productions. I fell in love with Wedding Filmmaking back in 2018 when I Filmed my 1st, Wedding. I remember feeling so excited but yet so nervous. After it was all I over and I delivered the Wedding Film to my client. They ended up loving it and recommending me to my next couple. Since then, I've dedicated myself and this company to creating and capturing timeless moments of our couple's special day. I realized that there's something magical about capturing the love and emotions of two people in a way that can be relived over and over again.

Awarded Best of Zola
I don't even know where to start--TL/DR: Hire Jeff and his crew immediately, this is an easy decision amidst many difficult ones! Jeff was simply wonderful to work with; his easygoing and kind presence were evident from our very first video call. His assistants day-of were likewise incredibly upbeat and professional. Their coverage was comprehensive but somehow completely unobtrusive; my husband and I didn't notice them at all during the day save for some personalized instruction from Jeff (which he was amenable to doing more or less of per our preference, as we wanted things to feel as natural as possible). His presence was just what you would want, like a bright ray of sunlight cutting through the stress of the day. I felt like we were in good hands, and that he and his crew were doing their absolute best. We were excited for the video(s) but unprepared for the quality. You see, Jeff's prices are far more reasonable than many others we looked at, and his services more comprehensive, and a part of us wondered if it was too good to be true. It wasn't. We were blown away. The short video (set to a song of our choice and edited perfectly to fit the song) was a work of art; he perfectly captured the feeling of the day and picked the best footage. The longer video was so well edited too--we were expecting something much more raw but there was so much attention to detail. Above and beyond, and incredibly thorough, is how I would characterize Jeff for the entirety of the process. We couldn't be more pleased. My husband and I wanted to hire vendors who we would be happy spending the day with--Jeff fits that bill, and we were thrilled to find that he is as talented as he is nice. I vouch for him 100%.

Cat McCarthy Creative

Richmond, VA
  • Documentary style
  • Starts at $4,500
  • Serves Washington, DC for additional fees

Every couple is different and we strive to create something with you that truly reflects that. From first meet to final delivery, you can expect a genuine experience that hopefully feels like working with a friend more than a vendor.

My husband and I booked Cat after seeing 1 Instagram post and having 1 phone call. When you know, you know ;). I knew I wanted videography services and one of her reels caught my eye (the song she used was a string quartet version of one of my husband and I's "songs"). I saw the reel, sent her an email, and was shocked that she was in our budget. It really felt like fate. Cat probably doesn't realize this but booking her set the tone for other vendors we booked and we truly had a dream team. I have her to thank for that! She and Jared were professional, kind, and easygoing. She had a very calming presence about her and she vibed super well with our photographer (who we also loved)! I had zero concern or worry about the quality of the content she would produce- we trusted her completely. Every teaser I saw was exactly what I'd hoped. She caught the most perfect moments and our video is truly a representation of the day. I will cherish it forever, especially as we grow older and the memories inevitably fade. I would book Cat a thousand times over and highly recommend her to anyone looking for a videographer- wedding coverage or otherwise!!
