Originally built as a livery and then used as a cold-storage warehouse, Millwick has reinvented itself as a unique stand alone, super-loft open to private events, outdoor wedding ceremonies and receptions, exhibitions and productions. It now boasts a flowing 7,000 square foot floor plan (4,500 sq ft interior + 2,500 sq ft garden courtyard) melding both interior and exterior areas. Millwick is an excellent event venue and wedding site for up to 175 people for ceremonies and receptions. Located in downtown Los Angeles in the heart of the Arts District, Millwick is convenient to many of the best new and historic hotels, restaurants and nightlife the city has to offer.

Our rates are most applicable for guest counts of 125+ based on day of the week (with an average of 175+ on a Saturday where our rate is the highest). We offer a (non-holiday) weekday Monday-Thursday evening rate that is our most cost effective and a win for clients anticipating fewer than 100 guests. We typically work with events with a minimum guest count of 75 on a weekday.

Our mission is to provide a facility in Downtown, Los Angeles for youth, families and seniors that offers sports, community activities, and opportunities to connect visitors to Japanese American culture and a vibrant. We have 5 main rental spaces (Plaza & Stage, Terrace, Community Room, Courtyard, and Gym) and an underground parking lot. Plaza & Stage: The perfect setting for weddings, concerts, and events of all kinds. Strands of bistro lighting are draped above while lush vegetation, trees, and shrubs surround the plaza. Terrace: The outdoor terrace wraps provides views of Los Angeles St and the Plaza & Stage below. Green space adorns the terrace, which also features a children's playground, community garden, and mural. Community Room: The multi-purpose community room accommodates classes, meetings, and more. Features a built-in TV and floor-to-ceiling glass that provide views of the courtyard.
