I did my first wedding cake 36 years ago. I've seen many trends come and go and will do whatever I can to make the customer happy. I have my Arizona Cottage License and bake from my home kitchen. I love baking and creating amazing memories.

I am actually a professional Wedding Photographer (On The Rocks Photography) and the "sister name" of my cookie business is Sweet Frickin' Treats... If you haven't already discovered, my name is Stacy Frick. (all of my friends affectionately call me "Frick") This whole cookie-thing started out of boredom. Wondering what I could do that excites my creative mind without being mundane and repetitive. I'm well aware that I am "late to the party" and should have started baking custom cookies about 4 years ago when they were really popular, but I feel like, who doesn't love cookies, right? I don't think they'll ever go out of style!

I was born and raised in a small town in the Philippines. I lived in California for 14 years and before moving to Arizona, I met my husband and my children (our lovely dogs). I started baking as far back as a little girl, with a simple interest in creating tasty treats for my family and I. Then I moved on to baking from scratch and began to appreciate the joy in producing and assembling each piece of the puzzle. Baking from scratch allows you to select not only the highest quality ingredients but it also creates a deeper connection between the baker and the food. As often happens, interest turned into a hobby, hobby turned into an obsession.

We have been serving Therapy with a cherry since 1986. From corporate gatherings to dreamy weddings, lively fundraisers to intimate special events, we turn moments into memories with our delectable frozen creations. Our team is dedicated to not only serving delicious treats but also creating an experience that will be talked about long after the last scoop. We began as a concession company providing cotton candy at sporting events. In the fall of 2021, we extended our brand by starting our own manufacturing plant. Sweet Buckets was born as an option for customers and businesses to purchase Cotton Candy and Gourmet popcorns direct from our company.
