Our story begins earlier than most: a first grade classroom in Miami, two kids from the same neighborhood, sitting in the same room as their future life partner without knowing it. Life took us in different directions after that, different schools, then different universities: Delia to the University of Florida, Josh to Florida State University. It wasn't until the world unexpectedly slowed down in 2020, and we both found ourselves back home in Miami during our senior spring, that life gave us the introduction fate had skipped the first time. While the world was ending, ours was beginning. What started as one chance to reconnect became the beginning of everything. We navigated long distance through Delia's pharmacy school and the start of our careers, always building toward the same future. Timing has a way of working things out. We crossed paths early, lost each other for over a decade, and found our way back exactly when it mattered most.
