We believe that every love story is beautiful and deserves the perfect setting for its most special day. With multiple ceremony sites to choose from, 700 private acres, a 740-acre lake, meadows, woods, gardens, mountain views, accredited culinary and service staff, dedicated wedding planners, luxury lodge, cabin & guest house accommodations, on-site spa and floral/décor services, an extensive list of seasonal activities – and breathtaking scenery all four seasons of the year – we believe that our resort just might be the right place for you.

We are a very laid back team of husband and wife running his family's 6th generation family farm. We are rustic but also a charming, authentic Vermont experience. The barn can become incredibly elegant for a more formal affair but can also look just perfect with some simple, personal accents. Some of the great things that people love about our venue is our relaxed vibe, we are a BYOB facility and we allow any and all outside vendors. We can house up to 50 guests in the 4 houses that are available on our property. We also allow camping anywhere on the 350 acre property and we have an awesome "glamping site" available for rent as well. We are a weekend rental with the ability to add on days before and after the event to prepare and to relax after. We also have no curfews and encourage you and your guests to party in the barn or around the firepit all night long.

The Wedding Barn at Farmhouse Flowers is a picture-perfect wedding venue that offers you the beauty and warmth of our hand-crafted timber frame barn built by local master craftsmen. Tradition meets function in the 2100sq/ft main floor and 600 sq.ft loft, overlooking the flower gardens, more than enough space for over 150 guests and dancing. Nestled among the flower gardens of perennials and annuals the wedding barn opens onto a hillside pasture and a walking path that crosses a small bridge and leads to the hilltop wedding site. A true Vermont wedding venue from soil to sky. Surrounded by wildflowers, the hilltop site overlooks the entire flower farm, wedding barn, the onsite 3 bedroom house, cornfields, and views of the Worcester Mountain Range. Your guests will enjoy strolling among the flowers while enjoying cocktails in the wedding barn and around the pond, both of which are central to this Vermont wedding venue.

The Community Sailing Center is a lively hub on the shores of Lake Champlain, less than a mile from downtown Burlington, VT, where community members and visitors gather to laugh, learn, and play on the lake together. In 2017, the Community Sailing Center completed construction of the first new building on the Burlington Waterfront in over 20 years. Starting in 2018, this beautiful new facility is available to the community to rent for gatherings and events. We offer the whole package, with beautiful ceremony locations, a tented reception venue on a brick courtyard nestled between a historic red barn and a picturesque meadow, and fresh, local cuisine made in-house. Our on-site team is here to work behind-the-scenes from start to finish to make sure that everything runs smoothly so you can soak in the day. Listed on the National Register of Historic Places, the inn maintains 19th century character and charm while adding modern conveniences. Multi-paned windows offer stunning views out toward Dewey’s Mill Pond, the Ottauquechee River, and the majestic spruce and hardwood trees that tower over the property. Each room and nuance of the inn has its own unique story to tell.
