Their pre-event app they offer and phone call meetings helped us lay out exactly what our wants and needs were. They also contributed and helped us in mapping together our event timeline to have a better flow for the evening with the right songs at the right moments. To say they are masters at what they do is an understatement. We also chose to add on uplighting and Photo Booth options to our package and we are so happy we did!!! The uplighting enhanced the romantic mood we had curated for dinner and completely changed the atmosphere during the dancing portion of the evening. The Photo Booth was easy to use and we were able to see and save every photo that was taken throughout the night. Following the event, they have remained in contact with my husband and I with any questions or requests we have had. I can not praise them or their team enough. Kelton provided an extensive list of potential songs to play in a shared Google Document with columns for “play” and “do not play” which was great. Also, I was impressed that he attended the walk through of the Whittemore House a month prior to the wedding, asking pertinent questions of the Whittemore staff about the placement of various things and how best to provide the sound amplification that would be needed. He provided wireless mics which worked really well for the toasts. Kelton did a great job as the master of ceremony and his mix of the selected music was fun and fabulous. He had the crowd dancing, rocking to the music. Many of the older folks told me that they hadn’t danced in years but were having lots of fun doing so then. Having him on our wedding team instilled so much confidence in me, my daughter and new son-in-law, who is an amateur DJ. The days leading up to the wedding we had a amazing meeting with Jay and I felt so comfortable with the outline, music and the whole day. The day of the wedding, Aug 21, 2021 was perfect. Jay had everything under control. He played everything I wanted, he was energetic and the dance floor never stopped. He played such great music most of my friends complained the next day of blisters and backs hurt from dancing. To top it off on the beat fx has the best Photobooth ever!
