The property at White Crest Farm has been used for many things throughout the years, operating as an orchard, a ranch, and a cotton farm, and is now excited to serve as a comfortably elegant wedding venue!

The Carmichael House, a wedding venue situated in Jackson, Georgia, carries within its walls a rich and full history. This historic mansion dates back to the year 1898. Today, this venue, which is proudly listed on the National Register of Historic Places, has been renovated and restored to provide couples with a vintage and elegant site for their bridal shower, engagement party, rehearsal dinner, ceremony, and reception. On your wedding day, The Carmichael House provides you with both indoor and outdoor spaces for you to choose from. The interior, though it has been renovated, still reflects the original Queen Anne Victorian style. The main home is quite spacious and the perfect setting to get ready for your wedding day. This magnificent Georgian-style home was built in 1914 for Cornelius Vanderbilt Truitt, a financier, and businessperson, by P. Thornton Marye, whose most famous project was the design of The Fabulous Fox Theatre in Atlanta. In 1937, the house was purchased by Nasour and Mary Mansour, the first generation of dry goods merchants known regionally for their Mansour’s Department Stores, first in LaGrange and then in other major cities in the region. The Truitt Vanderbilt Club has an incredible array of unique and experiential rooms, nooks, porches, crannies, lawns, and one-of-kind spots to make your special event very special. One of the big advantages of hosting your event here is the opportunity to use a combination of the expansive grounds that surround the interior spaces within this beautiful structure.

About us Macedonia Hills is a boutique venue for weddings and other events located near Newnan, GA. Surrounded by nature's beauty and entirely removed from the outside world, the property sits on 16 acres of hills and fields bordered by old-growth and evergreen forest. ​ Unlike a majority of venues of this kind, Macedonia Hills is family owned and operated. You will love the bridal side and a private groom’s loft. In addition, the venue has onsite decor, catering prep area and 3 guest restrooms conveniently located.
