I attended Johnson & Wales University College of Pastry Arts in Denver and there I discovered my true love for creating specialty cakes. My work has been featured in publications such as Rocky Mountain Bride, Couture Colorado & Aisle Society. I'm a Colorado native & the mountains are my happy place. Nicole has been baking since she was tall enough to reach the countertop. Making something sweet almost every day after school, she soon found herself creating cakes and desserts for family and friends. After hearing, "You should do this as a business!" and "I think you missed your calling" many times over, she finally decided to pursue her dream of baking as a full-time career in 2019 leaving her former career in Public Accounting.
