From the same hometown to Brooklyn, NY, we cannot be more thankful for Natalie and the Gthr team for guiding and supporting us throughout the final months of the wedding planning process! Evidently, this was our first time going through this experience and had a mix of bumps along the way. Natalie couldn’t have come at a more perfect time to help alleviate any and all the stress, especially on the actual day! The weather in NYC was sunny with not a cloud in the sky up until the morning of the wedding. Natalie, the sweet genius she is, proposed a plan to make the entire ceremony and reception happen indoors! The rest of the evening was such smooth sailing and just wonderful! Seriously could not have asked for another coordinator to work with! Hands down, simply the best!

Joyfully Co made our wedding day go smoothly - I had no worries on the day of and everything was set up even better than I imagined. In the recent weeks following my wedding, friends and family have been inquiring about the big day, notably interested to hear about any events gone awry/disaster stories that took place. To their dismay, I have been able to confidentially respond, “Actually, everything went exactly according to plan and it felt like a pretty chill day!” This is because of Lynette Palacios. My mom and I planned my wedding together for 9 months and brought on Lynette at the 6-weeks-out-mark to be our coordinator. From the moment she joined the team, Lynette was prompt, organized, enthusiastic, and detail oriented. She graciously offloaded our work in the weeks leading up to the wedding so that my family and I could truly enjoy the celebrations without worrying about any logistics. On wedding day, Lynette handled it all: vendor arrival and setup, timeline management, table settings, chair arrangement, guest greeting— all while constantly ensuring that the groom and I had a cocktail in our hands and all other needs met. She knew our grandparents’ names and even held our grand entrance 5 minutes when she noticed that the groom’s grandmother was in the restroom. She had eyes on it all. After graduation, I worked full-time in municipal recreation for the City of Cypress planning and day-of coordinating city-wide special events, as well as managing venues to host banquets, parties, and beautiful wedding receptions.

Kristina is an absolute magician and angel! Prior to my wedding day, she was incredibly helpful by asking all the right questions about things I never would have thought of. The week of, the weather was all over the place and we had to totally redo our layout to account for the possibility of rain. She was so patient and calming while I rattled through several terrible ideas before we landed on the best one together. She coordinated with all my vendors prior to the event and even made sure my venue allowed one of the vendors they tried to deny. For all my decor and visions, I was so disorganized and didn’t communicate anything very well, and she still was able to pull it all together and made sure everything was perfect and just as I had dreamed. Her assistant Kelly was like a whisp who floated here and there making everything happen without anyone noticing. They worked seamlessly with all my vendors and bridesmaids. Her pricing also seems so reasonable considering how much time and energy she put into me and my wedding. I wouldn’t have been able to enjoy my wedding day without her!

On our wedding day and rehearsal as well she kept the whole crew on top of everything, and everything ran on time and seamlessly. I remember she came over to us during dinner reception and reminded us to take a moment to take it all in with each other – I now realized how important that was as I am still dreaming of that day and reliving all the moments in my mind. At the end of the evening – everything got packed neatly away into our cars so all we had to do was drive back. It was so amazing to work with her we cannot thank her and her team enough for their efforts to make our special day the best ever.

When I was told I needed to hire a planner, I laughed. Honestly. "Oh please, I've been planning this my whole life, I've got this."-Note, I did not HAVE anything. I reached out to Chelsea because her website and social media drew me in HARD. When I say she is the best cheerleader, I mean it. We talked with Glennie and Amanda to talk over big picture stuff, get recommendations for other vendors, etc. and then the first time I met them was for the venue walkthrough. They’re the professionals and so they brought so many excellent questions for us and for the venue. It really helped us know what we still needed to figure out and prepare for the big day. Then, for the rehearsal/walkthrough and the big day, they were there every step of the way to help get the whole timeline sorted out. Both Amanda and Glennie were so kind and professional; they helped the whole day run so smoothly. The last thing, but really SO important and crucial: they helped with the breakdown and packing everything up. While we were all dancing on the dance floor and having a blast, they were helping to gather up everything and get the venue set back as it needed to be by the end of the night. It was such a weight off our shoulders for them to just handle all of that. They were always on top of everything and it was all so wonderful. Stephanie has been so great to work with! I work with a lot of coordinators (I've shot around 1000 weddings), and they are not always super friendly and accommodating with the other vendors, but she has been great at the weddings I’ve worked with her at. On the wedding day she arrives early and is always on top of everything all day long, tirelessly. I always arrive about 2 hours prior to my start time on the wedding day to scout the location for photography angles, lighting and so forth, and eat lunch, and Stephanie is always there super early as well. There are a lot of moving parts during a wedding, and they all need to stay on track or everything can get derailed, and she is always on top of it all. Of course prior to the wedding day she collaborates with me on the timeline and in general to make sure I have what I need on the day so that my photography will go smoothly and the couple would get what they want out of the photography. I would highly recommend hiring Stephanie and her team!!

I have worked in event planning for a few years now. For weddings in particular, I have always worked on the vendor management side of things. When my vendors constantly asked why I wasn't a coordinator myself, I realized that I hadn't even considered it.

I hired B two months before our wedding to help not only narrow down logistics but also be the Day Of Coordinator. In my experience, If you’re very picky, hands on, and hate delegating, full service might be more than you need. I was glad that she was okay with being hired only two months before and that she just dove right in. She noticed hiccups that I hadn’t thought about and gave me a list of so many questions to avoid issues on the ay of. I am so grateful that I was able to find someone so inexpensive who’s just doing this because they love love. Who does that these days? My family was definitely ranting and raving about her because she took the time to get to know people’s names and called them by their names. She made sure that not only we were good but that our parents and grandparents were good as well. She helped us save some money on venue related things and certain vendors. Honestly, I would have paid her WAY more for everything she did. I tipped very generously because in those last few months before a wedding Is truly where the larger stressors start to take a toll. I know that people may be hesitant to book before of the price point but I guess I thought of it as, because I am paying nothing that I have nothing to lose. She is a diamond in the rough—I’m telling you. I’m literally in tears as I type this because my day was so tricking amazing!!! THANK YOU!!!!
