Sam is an absolute rockstar at her craft! I gave her a general theme/idea/palette and trusted she would make magic. Her vision board process was so fun and interactive, and we worked closely together on specific requests, arrangement types, and making the most out of what was in-season in our area. I have pretty much zero floral knowledge, and even all my "I don't know" answers were met with "no problem, I've got you covered." My bouquet was beyond anything I could've imagined. The arbor, centerpieces, bud vases, and aisle arrangements were all stunning, and the hanging display over our sweetheart table was truly a showstopper - with a whimsical feel and color pops in all the right places. Thank you Sam for reading my mind and helping make our day so much more beautiful.

Emerald City Flowers did my florals for my wedding in June and they are the absolute BEST. I 100% trusted Bao-Tram throughout the entire process, from ideation to the wedding itself. She is diligent, caring & understanding, friendly and incredibly creative. She provided a polished and super pretty mood board prior to us finalizing down the design, outlining every little detail and helping me visualize how everything will come together. She made the entire planning process a breeze, which in the end resulted in my vision and dreams coming true without a hitch on the big day. We love you Bao-Tram!!! Highly recommend Emerald City Flowers for anyone and everyone's wedding and event needs!

A LA CHLOE

5.0

Seattle, WA

After working eight years in New York City within the fashion industry, I decided to develop one of my childhood passions, art. Since I was a child, I viewed the world through an artist’s eye with an especially adoring love for floral design. Colors and textures - even the way they move. All of this comes together to tell my clients' unique story through floral design. To me, nothing is more fulfilling than starting with a blank canvas, bringing together just the right pieces, and letting the visual narrative flow on its own.

Chloe is amazing!! You must hire her. Not only is her design work top notch, she really went above and beyond to make my floral dreams come true. My budget was not huge but I had a very specific vision and she did everything she could to work with me. She is super responsive and friendly (and professional!) which made planning so easy and pleasant. I cannot recommend her more if you're looking for a wedding florist in the area.

First off, we HIGHLY recommend Carolyn and Folk Art Flowers for anyone looking for a florist!! Carolyn is easy to work with and has such an amazing eye for design. You will not regret choosing her as your florist!! Like many people in 2020, our wedding was derailed and the entire year became something of a planning fiasco. We were calling vendors left and right trying to properly postpone but also still trying to have the wedding of our dreams. Carolyn was the absolute dream floral vendor for us!! She was so supportive and flexible of helping us find our new dates but also staying in sync with us on potential design changes due to new wedding dates spewing up left and right. We moved our wedding date three times which meant we had a wedding in three different seasons and different florals. However, Carolyn kept the original floral vision alive with her knowledge of the kind of florals that grow for the different seasons. It was amazing to see and the end result was SPECTACULAR!! She was the perfect planning partner to have alongside us and we cannot emphasize enough how helpful and kind she was. We proudly and unequivocally recommend Carolyn and Folk Art Flowers to everyone and anyone!! Book her today!!

    • Starts at $5,000

After working with flowers for many years Stephanie launched her own wedding floral business in 2015. Since then she has split her time between nurturing her business and her two young daughters. She views floral design as an art form and considers natural ingredients the most fascinating, rewarding and perfectly imperfect media to work with. Stephanie lives in the West Seattle area with her husband, two daughters and their two dogs. Her idea of a perfect day is exploring the outdoors in the sunshine with her little family, then sitting down to good food and a glass of wine.

        Gather Design Company
        Seattle, WA

My love for flowers runs deep and true. I grew up ‘helping’ in my mom’s, grandfather’s and great-grandfather’s gardens, learning how to grow flowers, and more importantly, how to pick and arrange them. This is where the name Gather comes from – I’ve always been good at what my family broadly terms “hunting and gathering.” I was the kid who couldn’t ever pull myself out of the blackberry patch where I wanted to pick just one more berry, or away from the beach where I spent hours collecting the tiniest, wave-polished pebbles which I called jewels.

          Events by Vienna
          Federal Way, WA
          • Starts at $100 per arrangement

Hello everyone, Violet and Enna here! We’ve been in the wedding industry ever since we can remember. Our mom started her business when we were very young, so we grew up learning everything from her, and on that journey we were growing in being creative with wedding design and florals. Our favorite part about working weddings is truly seeing the love between two people that are saying yes to forever together, and hearing their stories of how they fell in love! We also just love coming up with new creative designs and thinking outside the box when planning for the big day! That’s a little about us! And now, we'd love to hear about you ✨

          Petal & Posy

I Get It. You’ve never planned a wedding before or ordered flowers for an event. It can be overwhelming and I understand! I'm here to do the heavy lifting. Your job is simply to enjoy! I believe the best floral design comes out of a partnership with my clients. I want to understand your vision for the day, your style, & the feelings you want to evoke for your guests and yourselves. And I want you to trust me to create floral arrangements that are breathtaking and joy-giving. Once I understand who you are and how you envision the day, I'm best prepared to create floral details that tie everything together beautifully for your wedding or event.

Thousands of brides across the United States and Canada have trusted Something Borrowed Blooms to provide the perfect flowers for their wedding day. We offer brides the expensive peonies, delicate ranunculus, out-of-season anemones, and the ever-impossible-to-find-magnolia — all at a fraction of the cost.

We literally could not have been happier with our decision to rent from SBB! When I opened the boxes, I was so impressed with how real they looked, felt, and smelled. Everyone was shocked they were fake! Even the candles had a wax feel to them with flickering to mimic a real flame. Renting from SBB also saved us literally thousands of dollars on florals and rentals while still giving us the look we wanted. Additionally, it was so easy to receive and ship them back. Here are the items we rented: 1 Olivia Garden Cut Bridal Bouquet 6 Nina Bridesmaids Bouquets 1 Olivia Garland 1 Nina Garland 2 Nina Large Centerpieces 1 Set of Small Cane Lanterns 1 Set of Medium Cane Lanterns 1 Set of Large Cane Lanterns 3 Nina Dog Collars 2 Sets of Copper Glass Votives 6 Sets of Burnt Copper Candlesticks For our ceremony, I used the Olivia and Nina Garland to decorate our arch then we moved this to the Sweetheart table for our Reception along with several candlesticks and votives. For the reception, we had 2 tables with the Nina Large Centerpiece and several votive candles. 2 Tables had 1 small cane lantern, 1 medium cane lantern, and 1 large cane lantern and we tied the dog collars around the medium size cane lantern to add some florals. Then for 6 of our tables, we repurposed the bridesmaids bouquets in various vases along with several candlesticks and votives.

WOW. That's how I would start off this review. I wish there was the ability to select more than five stars. From the beginning, through the middle and all way until the final day, the Petal Thyme team was incredibly professional, caring, open minded and very very patient with us. My big splurge for our wedding was the flowers and I'm very very type A... but I don't think I could have put together arrangements, bouquets and a floral arch anything close to this team. I MEAN, the floral arch was so dreamy!!! There were countless emails around colors, flower types, table settings... this team even went as far as sourcing vases and candles for me. They were always there to answer questions, provide suggestions and really importantly, keep me excited for the big day - even when things were stressful. When I say that I was floored at how beautiful everything turned out, that's an understatement. My heart is warm just thinking about how much love went into my day from this team. For those of you who have gotten this far in my review, a big big thing for our wedding was to source small/local and women or minority owned vendors for our day. Petal Thyme is small/local, woman owned AND they're best friends, which you can totally tell because they work so well together. I was honored to be able to have such a creative, kind and unique team to be our florist. I will and have already recommended them. I've had folks reach out after the wedding asking for their information because they were so impressed. I would get married all over again to be able to enjoy the flowers. (small bonus; some of our blooms have lasted 3 weeks post wedding!!!) If you don't book Petal Thyme, you're missing out.

Poppy was such a fun platform to use to truly customize our wedding flowers. Our online "wedding specialist" was so attentive, answered all of the questions we had, and gave us as many options as we wanted for flowers. If it's in your budget I highly recommend the full service set up and breakdown because it truly made the day of process such a breeze. As my fiancé and I started the wedding planning process, we joked that our loose theme would be “flowers and love.” We knew we wanted lots of beautiful, lush florals as the primary decor focus, and also knew we didn’t want to spend the many thousands of dollars to achieve that look with a standard florist. If you’re in the same boat, and have an appetite for some DIYing, I’d STRONGLY recommend working with Bloom Culture. After some Googling for DIY wedding florals, I came across Bloom Culture and spoke with Allison for a custom consultation. During the call, Allison helped me express the type of floral look we were going for, and built out a custom floral package that would achieve it. She also laid out the delivery and prep process, and we landed on a final package and timeline for delivery. We received a LARGE box of flowers the week before the wedding and were immediately pleased with the quantity and quality of flowers we had received. Allison’s guide mentioned that some crushed or damaged blooms would be completely normal, but everything was so well packaged we didn’t notice more than a few damaged stems. From there, the DIYing began. Between unpacking, trimming, de-thorning, trimming again, building bouquets, arrangements, boutonnieres, etc, etc, it was a LOT of work. However, we referenced Allison’s guides (written, video tutorials) religiously and they laid out everything perfectly. She strongly recommends having plenty of assistants -- pay attention to this advice! Find a few trusted friends or family members who have time and artistic ability and it will make all the difference in your stress levels. The flowers all lasted beautifully for the wedding and we received so many compliments on how they looked. Allison - thank you for everything!

A lifelong crush on flowers. That's what led me to start my floral studio focused on weddings and personal events. My style has always been untethered—somewhat organic in design and feel. I hand-pick only the freshest blooms and love to explore all the different styles, textures and palettes imaginable.

Our wedding was at a very unique private home, and needed someone with a lot of vision to help bring it to life. I knew the right florist for us would be someone who was excited by a wide-open creative brief (no wedding colors, no specific flowers, just make it seasonal and organic and gorgeous) and wanted to think creatively about what we might install, beyond the typical wedding requirements. From the first moment I met Maureen I could see she was the perfect partner-in-crime for us--she lit up at the challenge, bringing in plants and arched installations for our ceremony space, creating loose, lush centerpieces that embodied the secret-garden feel we were trying to create, and making me a truly unique bouquet that was seasonal, bright, and beautiful. The personal attention and care she gave us was above and beyond, fielding many mother-in-law calls, keeping plants and floral pieces at her home until the last minute to water them and keep them beautiful during an unexpected heatwave, helping us edit back the existing garden, even clipping a peony from her own garden to add to my bouquet the day of my wedding. She was as excited about our event as we were, and I'm so grateful we found her!

We couldn't think of a better way to celebrate our growth as friends, mothers and confidants, than to combine our creativity and passions to create one of a kind items to brighten the days and lives of others. Our business, our products, and our partnership is all about balance, Contessa is the Sarcasm, Danielle is the Sunshine. Some days, we switch roles, but we think life is better with both!

Having my wedding flowers preserved was extremely important to me. To be able to keep something perfectly preserved that was so beautiful on my special day is unreal. Danielle is the kindest and easiest person to work with. She gets back to you within seconds and listens to any and every crazy request I had. Along with a tray, wine stopper, ornament, and book mark, Danielle was able to take part of my Mother’s wedding dress (that was wrapped around my bouquet) and preserve it in a jewelry box with my flowers. Let me tell you, the reaction my mom had on her face when I gave her that jewelry box was indescribable. If you are ever second guessing preserving your wedding flowers, this is your sign to do it. You won’t regret it! Sarcasm and Sunshine’s work is impeccable and I hope that others are able to have their flowers preserved with such care and precision as I was able to have mine.

I'm a proud first-gen., Latina & Dallas native who finds joy in every facet of flowers. Growing up, my dad filled my childhood with gardening & my love for flowers sprouted there. In high school, I enrolled in Skyline's High School's floral design program in which my classmates & I learned floral designs basics + the business side of the flower industry. There, I would frequently compete against other high schools & received my Level 1 & 2 certifications by the TSFA. I founded La Fuente de Flores in 2019 & have rebranded as Monarch & Marigold Studio. I'm also a hobby flower grower so quite literally, I'm always surrounded by flowers.

Wow, I cannot recommend Victoria enough. She was incredibly kind, thoughtful, and creative during the planning process. I pivoted a few times and she was supportive throughout. It only took two iterations for us to be aligned on the floral vision (arch, bud vases, large funky bouquets, etc.). I asked her to run with it and my god...did she deliver!!! The flowers were such a special and gorgeous part of the wedding. I am so thankful for Victoria's work. Book her immediately!!!!

I recently re-branded my business from Sagicorn Productions to Happily Ever Sparkle. I made this change, because Sagicorn first began as a production name for my videography and photography work. Later on, wedding planning and floral design came to me, but I wanted to find a name that represented just that. That's where Happily Ever Sparkle comes in. Happily Ever Sparkle - Wedding & Events reflects me personally, and how I approach my wedding business. Happily Ever Sparkle will appeal to your lust for life and adventures to create your most serious, beautiful moments and events. With a dash of sparkle of course!

Brette was amazing to work with! She was the videographer for a wedding that I planned/coordinated this June; she has a videographer's eye, great editing skills, and is the sweetest! Her communication, kindness, and loving personality is a perfect addition to your wedding or event. She has certainly earned her spot on my preferred vendor list!

As a young child, like many children, I picked dandelion and other "weed" bouquets for my mom. Making wishes and blowing the dandelion seeds was also a favorite pastime. I drew flowers all over everything, and since I was a kid with little talent in drawing, I became quite proud of my flowers.

Morgan was an absolute dream to work with! Our flowers were everything we dreamed of and more and she’s so fun and easy to work with! I cannot recommend Morgan enough! She made two different options of the floral comb for my hair and we didn’t have to think twice about our flowers on our wedding day. She made sure to include lots of dahlias which had sentimental value for me and everything was absolutely perfect. As a bonus she even made a floral collar for our pup!

Our flowers were so beautiful. She was, not only, able to accommodate my vision of my bridesmaids making their own bouquets, she also added on an altarpiece very last minute. I would recommend her again and again. Literally only ONE complaint, she was late meeting with my family, but I’m absolutely sure that was a one off :)

            Sacramento, CA

Sophia is the creative force behind Botanical Preserves. Raised in an artistic household, she’s worked with multiple mediums over the years, with five years of experience in floral design. Having a fascination with the realm of plants and their healing powers, Sophia surrounds herself with botanicals and their many elements. The concept of floral design as a living, restorative, art form gave her a deep respect for flowers and their unique personality. Their nature of fragility adds to their elusiveness, and gives her the opportunity to exhibit the never-to-be-replicated side of her personality every time she works with floral product.

I got married in Florida and planned my wedding kind of fast which lead to so many things going wrong in my wedding but the one thing that went absolutely perfect and delivered more than I could've ever asked for was my florist Sophia! She was honestly what kept and brought everything together in the end! I let her do her thing and she was very professional and really has an eye to make her arrangements look like works of art! I honestly wish I could've kept my bouquet forever it was gorgeous and to this day when I show my wedding pictures everyone is amazed at the work she did! After working with her on my wedding day I would definitely recommend Botanical Preserves for your special events! I do not know what I would've done without her I am so grateful for everything she did for me :)

            Petals by Piper

            5.0

            Seattle, WA

Having spent the majority of my childhood barefoot in the avocado orchards of Southern California, I was born with a deep connection to the outdoors. I use my passion for floral design to bridge the gap between our busy modern-day society to the wondrous natural world that we are all living in. I am inspired by the deep connections between all organisms. I focus on sourcing all flowers locally and within their intended grow season, honoring the systems of our Mother Earth. I hope to ignite your connection to our Earth through the floral designs that I create for you.

We had the pleasure of working with Piper for our small Covid wedding. She was super flexible with our constantly changing plans, and the floral designs she provided we so unique and absolutely beautiful. Highly recommend!
