The Spirit of Día de los MuertosThe Spirit of Día de los Muertos

Día de los Muertos, or Day of the Dead, is a deeply cherished Mexican tradition that celebrates the lives of those who have passed before us. Rather than being a time of sorrow, it is a joyful remembrance—a time when families gather to honor their loved ones, share stories, celebrate their lives, and welcome their spirits back into the hearts and homes of those who continue to love them. Our wedding embraces the spirit of Día de los Muertos because we believe love does not end with a life; it continues through memories, stories, traditions, and the people whose lives they touched. As we begin our own journey together, we want to celebrate not only the love we share today, but also the loved ones who helped shape who we are and who remain forever a part of our story. Surrounded by family, friends, music, color, laughter, and a little bit of mischief, our celebration is a joyful reminder that life—and love—is meant to be celebrated. On this special weekend in Puerto Vallarta, we invite the spirits of those we miss to join us in spirit as we raise a glass, dance a little longer, and celebrate the greatest party of all: finding someone to spend this life with. LOVE IS ETERNAL. THE PARTY SHOULD BE TOO. TIL DEATH DO US PARTY 💃🏻
