Asheville Regional Airport
This is the best place to fly into, it is an hour from Cashiers (where the Reception and Welcome will be held). You can also rent a car right at the airport. We strongly suggest renting a car as ride sharing is difficult in the area.

Beautiful patio and indoor seating and delicious food. Check to see if they will be having live music closer to your travels!

Craving something sweet? This place has everything you can dream up and the most delicious custard!
Asia House
Worth the 25 minute drive for the best Asian food. Make a day of it and walk up the Highlands main street for a fun shopping experience. Lots of cute shops!
Silver Run Falls Trailhead
Breathtaking and easy to access waterfall nearby. We took our engagement photos here.
The Village Green Of Cashiers
Beautiful walkable park in the center of Cashiers with lots of trails and a nice, big playground.
Highland Hiker
Need new hiking clothes check out this store and the surrounding stores are fun to shop in too and are local.
Victoria's Closet
Want to do a little clothes thrifting while in town? This a favorite by many. Don't worry guys they have one for you right next door (Vics).
Brevard
Super cute town in between Asheville Airport and Cashiers if you want to take a break from driving and enjoy their cute shops on your way. You can even gem mine in one of them. Alex's favorite store is OP Taylors Toy store that he insists is not just for kids.

Spending time in downtown Asheville before or after your flight? We recommend: Brunch at Liberty House Coffee & Cafe Shopping at L.O.F.T of Asheville (Ashley's fave store) and the Mast General Store

Where should I stay?
Answer
If you would like some help with finding a place to stay please reach out to Ashley or Alex. I have booked some nearby Airbnbs that may be more cost effective (especially if you are interested in sharing with other excited guests).

Is there transportation to and from the airport?
Answer
We recommend renting a car at the airport to be able to get around to all the fun and beautiful spots that Cashiers has to offer! Ride sharing apps are difficult to use in this area.
