FAQs

If you have any other questions that we may have missed, please reach out to our wedding planner Karen Roman.
Question

Is there a dress code?

Answer

We'd love for our friends & family to get fancy with us for our special day. We invite guests to indulge in our classic and timeless elegance by wearing all black. Our dress code is black-tie optional attire with an emphasis on BLACK. Examples would be mid to floor length black dress, black tuxedo, or black suit and tie. Please no jeans or gym shoes.

Question

What time should I arrive at the ceremony?

Answer

Please arrive at the venue NO later than 15 minutes before the ceremony; you can arrive as early as 5pm. This will allow time for you to park, hang up your coat at coat check, and find your seat. If you arrive after the start of the ceremony at 6pm, you will not be able to be seated and have to wait until the start of cocktail hour to enter.

Question

What if I don't RSVP in time?

Answer

Unfortunately, we will be unable to accommodate guests who are not included in the final guest count as we have to provide final numbers to the vendors and the venue. We will be sending out reminders the closer we get to the final date. Please RSVP as soon as possible.

Question

Are kids welcome?

Answer

We love your little ones! However, we have decided to keep our wedding and reception an adults-only event with the exception of immediate family. We encourage you to use this evening as a date night!

Question

Can I have a plus one?

Answer

We are only able to accommodate guests formally invited on your wedding invitation. If you received a plus one, they will appear under your name when you RSVP. Please respect our wishes as we are trying to keep our wedding an intimate celebration. Thank you so much for understanding!

Question

Can I take pictures?

Answer

We are having an "unplugged ceremony" (no phones or cameras). The greatest gift you can give us is being fully present as we say "I do". We have hired professionals to capture this moment for us and we promise to share our photos as soon as we receive them. After the ceremony, feel free to take as many photos and videos as you'd like! A black and white glam photo booth will also be present!

What To Wear
