Is the wedding ceremony going to be held at the same location as the reception?

Answer

Yes! The wedding ceremony and reception will be held at Planet Bluegrass in Lyons, CO at 4pm. This is located about 20 minutes from Longmont, CO.

Are there any events on Friday October 14, 2022?

Answer

Yes! We will have a welcome party held at Dicken's Opera House in Longmont, CO on Friday, 10/14/22 at 8pm. All are welcome to attend.

Will there be transportation to and from the ceremony/reception?

Answer

There is parking at the venue for those who wish to drive. We will provide transportation to and from Springhill Suites in Longmont, CO. Buses will board in front of Springhill Suites starting at 2:45pm, leaving promptly at 3pm. All buses will leave the venue to return to the hotel at 10pm.

Are kids welcome?

Answer

We love kids! However, due to our limited guest count, we have only invited children of family members or the wedding party. We hope you understand this decision, and take the opportunity to let your hair down and celebrate with us!

What should I wear?

Answer

Mountain Chic! Whatever you feel like dancing in! The weather is variable, so plan accordingly. It will likely be chilly at night. The reception will be held in a heated indoor pavilion.

Answer

We will have libations available to wind down and socialize after the wedding at the conference room at the Residence Inn located next to the Springhill Suites in Longmont (where the shuttle will be dropping guests off after the wedding).
