We have reserved a block of rooms at the Courtyard for our guests to book at a discounted rate. The Courtyard hotel is located directly across the street from our venue. You can book a room by clicking on the "View" button below or by calling the number listed above and telling them you are a guest at the Vonderfecht-Maynard wedding. The last day to book a room with a discounted rate is May 2nd, 2025.

When should I RSVP by?

Please RSVP by April 11th using the RSVP tab on the website. If we do not hear from you by then we will assume you are not able to make it!

You will be missed! If you cannot make it, please let us know as soon as possible and RSVP "Will Not Attend", so we can plan accordingly.

What time should I arrive at the reception?

Cocktail hour at the reception venue will begin at 5:00, dinner will begin at 6:00.

The couple is having an intimate ceremony with their close family and cannot wait to celebrate with everyone at the reception!

Where is the ceremony located?
Answer
The ceremony will be outdoors! If the ceremony needs to be moved indoors due to weather, you will be contacted by the couple.

What time should I arrive at the ceremony?

The ceremony will begin at 3:00. Please arrive at least 15 minutes prior to the ceremony to allow time for parking and finding your seat.

Parking will be located on the street and in the yard. There will be signs to follow and people to help direct you!
