Our guests will have the opportunity to book a hotel room at a discounted rate at the Hampton Inn & Suites by Hilton in Waxahachie, which is approximately 20 minutes from the venue. Allows pets and transportation will be provided! The hotel also serves free breakfast, and includes a fitness center, indoor pool, and the option to earn HHonors Points and Airline Miles. Please book by November 18, 2024 to take advantage of our discount using code CWB. Shuttle pick up will be at 5:00pm from hotel. Shuttle will leave the venue at 11:00pm for return to the hotel.

Lauren has been Kristen’s confidante, cheerleader, and best friend from the very beginning. Texas will be Texas! We do hope to have an outdoor ceremony and covered reception, but will have a back up plan in place for rain.

Yes! Dinner will be Italian buffet style, with vegetarian options available. (...with an open bar to wash it all down.)

Our celebration is strictly RSVP only! Additionally, while we love your little ones, our wedding will be an adults-only event so that everyone can relax and enjoy the evening.
