Please review the travel section for information about booking your hotel. I have noted a few things to keep in mind below. - We could only block a max of 30 rooms at the discounted rate. If all 30 get booked we can get more, but it will likely be at a higher rate. - We will be in Vegas Thursday 6/6-Monday 6/10. You do not have to stay that entire time, but please double check the days when you book. It defaults to 6/6-6/7 so you will need to change it for the days you want and click update. - We have been told that you MAY (this is not certain) be able to call in to guest services and make payments over time, but you may have to pay a fee to do that (and sit on hold forever). Otherwise to book, it is just the 1st night and then you pay the balance at checkin. - Max occupancy for the rooms is 4 people (make sure you update the # when booking) - There are a variety of room options to choose from so be sure you get the room you want before they book up. - Please DO NOT share this link with anyone. We are limited to the number of guests at our wedding venue and are providing this info to you as someone we want to share our day with. - let us know once you have booked, that will help us have an idea of who all will be attending.
We will be traveling to Vegas on Thursday and will be returning to Austin on Monday.
We will not be having a traditional reception, but have booked Chayo Mexican Kitchen & Tequila Bar for dinner after the ceremony from 6:30pm - 9:30pm. We have the area upstairs privately booked and there is area indoors and outdoors. We have more information in the events section of our website.
Matron of Honor will be wearing hot pink and the groom and his party will be wearing light gray with hot pink accessories.
Guests should arrive 15 minutes prior to the start of the ceremony. The ceremony will start promptly at 5pm.
Your guests may take photographs with their cell phones as we are preparing for the wedding, pinning on corsages, organizing the processional, the ceremony and the like, but no pictures with cameras-only cell phones. If you post any pictures online, please use our hashtag #ALoveJonesinVegas.
Aside from dinner at Chayo Mexican Kitchen & Tequila Bar after the ceremony, we do not have any set plans for everyone attending. Please feel free to enjoy Vegas at your leisure.
1) You can get around just fine via Uber and the Monorail. 2) Hotel rooms at the Flamingo have refrigerators, but no microwave. 3) Bring snacks or plan on going to the CVS (close by) for snacks and water. 4) If your room is not ready when you get there they have a baggage area and they will bring your bags to you when your room is ready. 5) The Flamingo is right next to the Linq Promenade and there are lots of great restaurants there to eat at and shops for souvenirs. https://www.caesars.com/linq/things-to-do?utm_campaign=GMB&utm_source=google&utm_medium=local&utm_term=Influence&utm_content=Entertainment&y_source=1_MTk5NjAzNzAtNzE1LWxvY2F0aW9uLndlYnNpdGU%253D 6) Bring a swimsuit-we will probably have a chill day at the pool the day after the wedding. 7) Have plenty of small change, people want a tip for everything. 8) Several of the gaming machines have charging stations for your phone at the machines so be sure to carry your charging cord with you or bring a portable charging bank so that you don't run out of juice throughout the day.
1) Make sure you know the venue location at the hotel ahead of time because the ceremony will begin promptly at 5pm, guests should arrive 15 minutes ahead of time at 4:45pm. 2) The venue area will likely have a sign noting that there is a ceremony is in progress, just walk past that to the outside gazebo area. 3) It’s June and it will be hot, we recommend having a handheld fan and a small bottle of water.

The official check in time is between 4pm and 6pm and check out is at 11am. If you arrive early and your room is not ready, they have a place to hold your bags and they will text you when your room is ready.
Stylists at spas and salons in Caesars Entertainment owned properties are very familiar with a bride’s unique expectations and the importance of making sure your beauty treatments reflect who you are, so you look and feel your best on your wedding day. We have two salons near the Garden Chapel that can provide services. • The Uno Salon at Flamingo, 702-737-1456 • Salon at The Linq, 702-794-3242

Average temperatures by month in Las Vegas can be found here: http://www.vegas.com/weather/averages.html. I would bring a handheld fan if you can.
Las Vegas and cars go hand in hand. While our traffic is not as bad as in some cities, traversing the Strip at 5 pm is something one should do at a slow pace, not while in a hurry. If you or your guests are not staying at the same property you marry at, please remember to save plenty of time to arrive relaxed and pleasantly early for your ceremony. It is always best to check what events and conferences are in town and take into account if it is a holiday weekend, which can add more travel time to your ceremony. There are several limousine and shuttle services available at McCarran International Airport, on the West Side exits from baggage claim, exit doors 7-13. Taxi cabs pick up from the baggage claim area outside exit doors 1-4. McCarran International Airport: http://www.mccarran.com/ If you prefer to rent a car, you may rent a car at McCarran or from Hertz inside the Flamingo Hotel. Las Vegas offers a 24-hour public transit system. For routes and times, visit http://www.rtcsnv.com/transit/ Las Vegas also offers ride share services such as Uber an Lyft. For more information please visit https://www.vegas.com/transportation/ride-sharing/.
We would say no. We have traveled to Vegas several times and you can get around via the Monorail and/or Uber to get where you need to go.
