When is the RSVP deadline?

Please RSVP by March 15, 2024! We will need to get the final numbers to our venue and caterers. If we don't hear back from you by the deadline, we will assume you are unable to attend. If you would like to join us to celebrate our big day, please RSVP as soon as you can.

What time should I arrive?

Answer

The ceremony will start promptly at 5 and doors will close promptly at 5. Please arrive at least 15 minutes prior.

What should I wear?

Answer

Black tie attire. Suits, tuxes, and evening gowns. Please note black tie does not mean you only have to wear black. Dress to impress! Please avoid light blue, white, and beige!

Can I bring a date?

We are only able to accommodate those guests formally invited on the wedding invitations.

Are kids welcome?

As much as we love your little ones, this will be an adults-only celebration. We hope this advance notice means you're able to let your hair down and celebrate with us on our day!

Is the wedding indoors or outdoors?

Our ceremony is outdoors but our reception will be indoors.

Is it okay to take pictures with our phones and cameras during the wedding?

We would love for you to take photos during our cocktail hour and reception. However, we would love your undivided attention during the ceremony!

While we have not reserved hotel blocks, here are some hotel's nearby: Courtland by Marriott, Hampton Inn Winter Haven, and Holiday Inn Express Lake Wales N. Also, there are many airbnb's in the area!
