The ceremony will be outside and the reception will be indoors.
Yes, there will be a shuttle taking guests from the hotel to the venue for the ceremony. The shuttle will pick guests up from the hotel at 3:20pm and 4pm to go to the venue. The shuttle service will begin again at 9pm to take guests back to the hotel at the end of the night.
Doors will open at 4 for guests to begin arriving. Please arrive 15-20 minutes prior to the ceremony start time (4:30) to park and find your seat.
The venue is located on Sunny Hills golf course in Kent/Brimfield area. You will follow the signs for "The Event". The venue is at the very back of the long driveway (You will continue straight past the clubhouse and pond. “The Event” is located on the right) There is a large parking lot. You can leave your car overnight if you decide to carpool or uber home at the end of the night. You MUST pick your car up by 12pm on Sunday if you choose to leave it overnight. No exceptions!
Yes! The ceremony will be about 15 minutes with cocktail hour immediately following. The reception will begin around 6pm with the introduction of the bridal party and newlyweds.
The wedding party will be in formal attire (tuxes and emerald green floor length dresses). We’d love to see our family and friends dress up with us! Formal wedding attire sits between cocktail and black tie. It's slightly more elevated than cocktail attire and a touch less dressy than a black-tie nuptial.
