Have you reserved blocks of rooms at one or more hotels?

Answer

The Courtyard by Marriott and Tru by Hilton Fort Mill have blocks of 10 rooms reserved. Please visit the Travel section of the website for more details.

What time should I arrive at your wedding ceremony?

Answer

The ceremony will start promptly at 4:30 pm. There is a short walk to the ceremony location. Please arrive at least 30-45 minutes prior to the start of the ceremony.

Is there parking available at your wedding venue?

Answer

Yes, there is parking available at the wedding venue. There is no overnight parking. We encourage you to utilize Uber or Lyft for a safe and responsible night.

Will your wedding be indoors or outdoors?

Answer

The ceremony will be outdoors. Cocktail hour and dinner will be indoors. Dancing will be outdoors.

What is the weather like in the area?

Answer

In October, the daily high temperatures range from 76°F to 67°F, rarely falling below 56°F or exceeding 85°F. Daily low temperatures range from 58°F to 47°F, rarely falling below 36°F or exceeding 67°F. You can check our local weather here: https://www.wcnc.com/weather

What is the dress code for your wedding?

Answer

The dress code is formal. Appropriate options are suits or tuxes for gentlemen and gowns, pantsuits or cocktail attire for the ladies.

Will there be meal options for guests with dietary restrictions or allergies?

Answer

For special dietary concerns please send an email to russells102023@gmail.com and include the dietary restrictions as well as the name of the guest who has the dietary restriction.

Am I allowed to bring a plus one?

Answer

Unfortunately, due to space limitations, we regretfully ask our guests to please not bring a plus one, unless they are specifically named on the invitation.

Am I allowed to bring my children?

Answer

Although we love your children, due to limited numbers, we hope you appreciate that children are only invited if named on the invitation.

Where should we bring/send our wedding gift?

Answer

Your presence at our wedding is the greatest gift we could ask for! If you would like to honor us with a gift, you can have it delivered to our home at 4133 Huntley Glen Dr, Pineville, NC 28134. A wedding card box will be at our reception.

Am I allowed to take photos at your wedding?

Answer

Our ceremony will be unplugged. We invite you to be fully present with us during our ceremony, so we do request that all phones and cameras are turned off. We promise to share all of the beautiful memories that our wedding photographer captures. Once the ceremony is over feel free to take photos. We do however, politely ask that our guests don’t share photos of us on social media until we post our first picture as Mr. & Mrs. If you would like to share your photos directly with us please use the QR code displayed at the venue.

Will there be other events to attend on the wedding weekend?

Answer

All of our guests are invited to join us for a Welcome Party on the evening before our wedding. Please see additional information on the itinerary page. If you are attending the wedding but unable to attend the Welcome Party please send regrets to russells102023@gmail.com.
