Kevin and I decided on Dreams Vista Resort to host our guests and wedding events. This is an all-inclusive resort, about 22 minutes from the Cancun Airport. Cancun International Airport (CUN)
CUN is the closest international airport to Dreams Vista. Dreams Vista is 12 miles and approximately 22 minutes from CUN. The travel agent, Roman Pérez, will not be able to assist individuals with booking flights. If you would like additional assistance in booking your flight please contact Kevin, Tayler, or a personal travel agent.

Transportation to and from CUN and Dreams Vista
While booking your room through the personalized travel link, you have the ability to book transportation at the same time. This transportation will be private and only include members of the wedding during your ride. The resort also offers transportation options. They have 3 travel options (public and private) that are more affordable. I’ve attached the pricing below in the gallery section. How many days can I stay at Dreams Vista?
Answer
The resort has a required 3 night minimum stay. With the room block we reserved, each room is held for at-least 5 nights. The room block starts on Thursday November 6th 2025 through Tuesday November 11th 2025. You do not have to stay all 5 nights, but this allows individuals the flexibility to decide how long they would like to stay. Note: If you would like to stay more than the 5 nights that we have held please discuss with the travel agent (Ana Zuna).

Do I need a passport?
Answer
Yes, you'll need a passport to travel to Cancun. It is important to note if your passport is within 6 months of expiring, it needs to be renewed before you travel.

When should I RSVP by?
Answer
Due to the wedding being a destination and resort requirements, RSVPs are due September 21st, 2025.

Can I bring a Plus-One?
Answer
If your guest name is listed on your invite or you have a plus one option listed when you RSVP, then yes! Due to limited capacity we had to be selective with plus ones. Thank you for understanding!

What is the Dress Code?
Answer
We'd love to see our family and friends get dressed up for our big day. Dress code is semi formal beach attire. Ladies can wear short, midi, or maxi dresses. Gentleman can wear linen pants, button down etc. (tie optional). No shorts or jeans please. If you need further guidance, please visit the gallery section where I have included inspiration for attire.

Please inform us of any food allergies, we will work with the resort to ensure their will be meals available for all wedding activities and during your visit.

What time should I arrive at the ceremony?
Answer
Please feel free to arrive as early as 4:30pm, but no later that 4:50pm.

Are there any other events that I should know about around the wedding?
Answer
Yes, we will be hosting a welcome party on Friday November 7th, 2025. This event will be hosted on the Rooftop starting at 8:00PM.

Things To Do
Golf at Dreams Vista Resort
There is a golf course connected to the resort. Guest will receive a discounted rate to play a round. An individual from the golf course will personally come and pick you and your group up on a golf cart to take you to and from the resort and the club house.
