Our Wedding

All of the Wedding events will conveniently be held at the Oceanview of Nahant. --- CEREMONY --- (5:00pm - 5:30pm) Guests may start arriving at 4:30pm. Please arrive latest at 4:45pm for our beautiful oceanview wedding ceremony. The ceremony will be outdoors so plan accordingly. There are inclement weather plans in place. --- COCKTAIL HOUR --- (5:30pm - 6:30pm) Join us for delicious hors d'oeuvres, drinks, catch up with friends and family, and take in the amazing view of the ocean. Cocktail hour will be both indoor & outdoor. --- RECEPTION --- (6:30pm - 10:30pm) The reception will be held indoors where you will be served a delicious dinner, continue to share in drinks and dessert, and dance the night away! --- FIRE PIT FINALE --- (10:30pm - 11:30pm) Lastly, join us for an after-party on the beach! Make s'mores by the fire pits, play a few games of corn-hole, and enjoy some late-night snacks! **See FAQ section for additional information**

GETTING TO THE OCEANVIEW OF NAHANT
We want all of our guests to arrive and return safely from our wedding. There will be shuttles to and from the venue. Please refer to the 'Shuttle' section for further details. Driving: There is ample parking at the Oceanview of Nahant if you choose to drive. The address is 0 Willow Road, Nahant, MA 01908. Be sure to check Waze or Google Maps for directions and drive time to allow ample time for your drive in summer traffic. Ride Share and taxi services are readily available throughout the area as well.

Logan is located in Boston and would be the closest airport to fly into. 13 miles to Oceanview of Nahant 16 miles from Salem, MA where the Hotel Blocks are located

T.F. Green in Rhode Island is another option for flights with plenty of options to continue to travel to the Northshore of Boston.

Shuttle from Salem Hotels to the Venue

There will be (2) shuttles being utilized. It will take approx, 25 mins to get to and from hotels/venue. ONE shuttle will arrive at the Hampton Inn Salem at 3:30 pm for a 4 pm departure to The Oceanview of Nahant to ensure everyone is there for the ceremony on time. ONE shuttle will arrive at the Salem Waterfront Hotel at 3:30 pm for a 4 pm departure to The Oceanview of Nahant to ensure everyone is there for the ceremony on time. Following the reception, one shuttle will depart the venue at 10:30 pm for people who do not wish to stay for an extra hour for the after party. At 11:30 pm both shuttles will depart The Oceanview of Nahant for hotels (and Longboards for a brief after after party if you wish to attend)

Explore Salem, MA where our hotel blocks are. Salem is most known for the witch trials of 1692. Salem is full of local history and interesting things to do. Salem is a tourist favorite since it is a walking city and has lots of boutique shops and restaurants.
Salem Witch Museum
Tour Salem’s most visited museum The Salem Witch Museum and experience the drama of the witch trials in life-size stage sets, figures, lighting, and stirring narration.
Peabody Essex Museum
Visit The Peabody Essex Museum, the oldest operating museum in the U.S. featuring 1.8 million artworks. Kids can participate in hands-on activities at the Art & Nature Center while parents walk around the museum.

What can we say about Boston! There's just so much to do and we can't possibly list them all! From the Boston Common, Newbury Street, the New England Aquarium, Boston Duck Tours, Faneuil Hall Marketplace, and the North End you can't go wrong!!
Fenway Park
The Sox will be in town playing the Yankees on Friday, Saturday, and Sunday!! Head to Fenway for a game or walk around Yawkey Way to enjoy some drinks and food.

We are registered through Zola, our wedding website provider. You can find our registry on this website, in the top menu navigation under 'Registry'. You can purchase gifts that can be shipped directly to us and there are links to external websites as well as cash funds that you can contribute to electronically. There will also be a card box at the wedding. Thank you!

Due to limited space, we are only able to accommodate those guests formally invited on your wedding invitation. If you received a plus one they will appear under your name when you RSVP. Thank you for understanding!

Is there a dress code?

We would love for our guests to look and feel their best! The dress code for the day will be “Cocktail Attire” to include cocktail dresses, dressy jumpsuits, and suit jackets, tie, and slacks. Please note that the wedding party will be wearing the colors dusty blue with fuchsia accents and the groom/groomsmen will be in tan-colored linen suits.

Guests can start arriving at the venue at 4:30pm. Please plan your commute accordingly with the summer traffic. Shuttles will be departing the hotel at 4p!

YES! Shuttles will leave the hotels for the venue/ceremony at 4p sharp. There will be one early shuttle back to the hotels at 1030p and both shuttles back to hotels at 1130p. Please refer to the "Travel & Accommodations" section for further details!

If you are opting out of taking the provided bus transportation from the hotel, there is ample parking at the venue. The Oceanview of Nahant address is Zero Willow Road, Nahant, MA 01908 and there is parking adjacent to the main building.

We all know New England weather can be unpredictable. We plan to have the ceremony outside rain or shine. If it rains, clear umbrellas will be provided for guests to use.
