Our Story

When the dog knows, you know

Stacie and Steven's love story began through an introduction by their mutual cousin, Trang. Their first official date took place at Sparrow in Fort Lauderdale. They bonded over shared passions for travel, food, and music. Stacie knew Steven was the one when she noticed her dog Ollie, well "their" dog now, greets Steven first before Stacie. On December 8, 2023, Steven asked Stacie's hand in marriage underneath the Delicate Arch in Moab, UT. With much anticipation, they now embark on the journey of planning their wedding day. Stacie and Steven will unite in marriage on December 7, 2024 in Cancun, Mexico. They're excited to share their special day with their closest family and friends. Your presence will add to the joy and warmth to the occasion, making it even more memorable for Stacie and Steven as they begin their new chapter as husband and wife.

FAQs

Question

Do I need a passport?

Answer

Yes. Passports must be valid at the time of entry. No visa required.

Question

Is this an all-inclusive resort?

Answer

YES!

Question

Is there transportation to and from the hotel and airport?

Answer

As part of your booking through Destination Weddings, a shared transfer service is included. This means that during your journey to the resort, there may be other guests who will be dropped off at different resorts along the way. Please respond to Shelly's email regarding transportation.

Question

How long should we stay?

Answer

We recommend a minimum stay from Friday December 6th to Monday December 9th. You are more than welcome to stay for as long as you please.

Question

What should I pack?

Answer

The temperature can range from 84-70 degree F. Be sure to pack your bathing suits, nice outfits for dinner, shorts and t-shirt, summer dress, and lots of sunscreen. We also highly recommend to bring a tumbler with a straw - drinks tend to melt very fast under the Mexican sun so a tumblre will ensure that your drinks will stay nice and cold.

Registry

Your presence on our special day is the most cherished gift of all. While your attendance is more than enough, if you feel inclined to offer a gift, we would be honored to receive it with open hearts. We are truly grateful for the love and support.
