In the spring of 2015, my mom came out to AZ to visit. We were at Waddell’s Longhorn having drinks and ran into a couple girls I knew from the gym. Stephanie introduced me to this guy named Garrett. I said hi. He was cute and smiled, and I went on enjoying the evening with my mother. About a week later, this Garrett guy adds me on social media. We occasionally played trivia crack along with some small talk. Finally, Garrett asked me to hang out on the following Sunday at noon. I agreed, and was a bit nervous and a bit excited. That Sunday came, and I didn’t hear from him. So I texted Garrett 10 minutes before noon and he replied with “Oh, shoot! I got called in early to go to work. I’ll take a rain check. How about next weekend?” I was angry and annoyed so I replied with “Nope. Working.” even though I did have that day off from both jobs. Some time passes, and this Garrett guy messages again asking if I want to go on a group RZR ride with him on the day after Thanksgiving. I thought about it, and figured I’d be safe in a group setting. So why not? Little did I know, that was the start of our journey ❤️❤️❤️❤️ Other important dates: 11/24/18 officially put my home on the market, and moved in with Garrett 🏠 1/19/19 Belle joined our family 🐾 12/27/22 Garrett proposed to me in Sedona 💍
