What is the dress code?

Semi-Formal: Tuxes and gowns are welcome, and so are suits and cocktails dresses. Please stay away from colors like white, creams, ivory and off-white as these colors are saved for the bride.

What time should I arrive at the wedding venue?

We kindly ask our guest to arrive 20-30min earlier as our Ceremony begins promptly at 5:30pm.

Can I bring a Guest/Date?

Answer

Due to limited space, we are only able to accommodate those guests/children formally invited on your wedding invitation. If you received a plus one, they will appear under your name when you RSVP online. This will allow you to indicate the allotted seats we have available to you. Otherwise, we kindly ask that you attend our celebration unaccompanied as we would love to keep this celebration as an intimate event with our closest family and friends. What's the best way to RSVP?

Answer

The best way to RSVP is online! In your invitation there should be an RSVP QR code that you will scan with your phone's camera to open the webpage. Simply follow the instructions on there and that will be it!

What if I miss the RSVP Deadline?

Answer

Unfortunately, we will not be able to accommodate guests who do not reply by the deadline. Our vendors and the venue request that we submit a final number by a specific date, and once submitted, we can not change that number.

Will the wedding ceremony and reception be held at the same location?

Yes! We are excited to share that both the Wedding Ceremony and Reception will take place at Avalon legacy ranch.

Will there be Food & Alcohol?

Yes! We will be providing an open bar for our guests and will be catered buffet-style!

Can I bring my own Alcohol?

Answer

No. Our venue requires that any hard liquor/beer consumed on the premises must be served by our insured bartender.

Is there Parking?

Answer

Yes plenty of parking as this is set on a 25 acre estate. Parking attendants will also be available with golf cart service for those needing assistance to the ceremony and back.

Is smoking allowed at the Venue?

Answer

We please ask along with the owners of the Venue to only smoke in the designated smoking area, we ask that guests be respectful of this areas use and dispose of their cigarettes' butts appropriately.
