This hotel is ~8 miles from the venue and ~3-4 miles to downtown Hood River. There is a small toll bridge $3 each way. The Society Hotel also has a bunk room available for those looking for cheaper accommodations. Booking also includes access to spa/bathhouse.

When should I RSVP by?

Please RSVP at earliest convenience, but no later than 6/30/24.

Is there parking for the ceremony or reception?

Yes, there is plenty of parking onsite.

How should I get to and from the venue?
Answer
As much as we want everyone to have fun, we do not want to risk any drunk driving. Ubers/lyfts are available though limited. Taxis are available. Please let us know if you need help arranging a ride or carpool system! The venue is ~10 minute drive from downtown Hood River.

What kind of shoes should I wear?
Answer
Most of the surfaces are wood flooring inside and patio pavers outside, however, there are areas of gravel. So we would recommend wearing shoes that you feel comfortable wearing on these surfaces.

Are kids welcome?

Please let us know if you are wanting to bring your kid(s), we will do our best to accommodate but our venue has a limited capacity.
