When do I need to be at the Venue?

Please be at the venue no later than 4:00pm. Late parties will not permitted entrance into the venue until the ceremony is over.

Though, we would like to accommodate the evening to all our guests. It is important to note that after 8pm, music choices, & activities, that could occur may not be acceptable to everyone. We kindly ask that you understand, being that we would like to enjoy ourselves freely without offending any certain persons.

When is the latest I can RSVP?

Answer

RSVPS are due by May 25th, 2023. Is it important that you have RSVP’d by this date for a number of reasons. If a guest does not do so by the date provided, it will be understood that you cannot make it and your name will be removed from the guest list and your seating arrangement will no longer be available.

What do I do if I cant make it?

Answer

We ask that you still RSVP “no” as this will allow us to note that you will not be able to make it and a complete guest count can be collected.

Can I bring a date?

Answer

Due to limited capacity, we are only able to accommodate guests who’ve been formally invited. If you received a plus one they will appear under your name when you RSVP.

Are kids welcome?

As accommodations have already been made for close family. We kindly ask that you be mindful as seating is limited and alcohol will be flowing. Please consider this as a formal request to make childcare arrangements 😉 Your child’s name/plus one, will appear under yours when you rsvp. Should there be any confusion with this request please reach out.

Yes, we will have a no host bar! Please refrain from bringing outside beverages.
