Our first date, we both knew we wanted to spend the rest of our lives together. As we both sat together, shivering from the cold, sitting next to the San Diego harbor, iced vanilla lattes in hand, assuring one another that we weren’t both freezing. We shared stories about our childhood, our favorite books, and we agreed that the DJ from the party across the way wasn't very good. It was obvious that we were meant to be together from the very start.
