How They Met
Rob and Eli first met at a San Jose Earthquakes game, on August 31, 2019. Since neither of them have any interest in watching sports, they spent the entire time talking. After the game, they had a few drinks and ended the night with some bowling. After their first date, they went home and reflected on their date. Rob thought about how beautiful, kind, and thoughtful Eli was, and knew he wanted to see her again. Eli went home and thought about how Rob walked kind of funny (he was sore from a workout), and that his car was too messy. Despite his notoriously messy car, she knew he was something special, because she agreed to a second date. When Eli excitedly agreed to a second date at an All You can Eat Hot Pot restaurant, Rob knew she was the one for him.
