NYC has plenty of airports, but for your convenience we recommend flying into EWR or LGA as they are both closer to the venue than JFK

When should I get to the event?
Answer
Seating will start between 6:30 and 6:45pm. Ceremony to begin at 7pm sharp

What time is the Shuttle?
Answer
Be downstairs in the lobby for the shuttle at 5:45. This is for guests staying at the DoubleTree in Fairfield only! Then it will return back to the hotel, immediately after reception ends at 12:30 Shuttle will leave without you so make sure you are on time and on board!

Will your wedding be indoors or outdoors?
Answer
Ceremony held outdoors at 7pm! Then moving inside for Cocktail Hour and Reception held indoors at the same location

What is the dress code for your wedding?
Answer
Formal and Fabulous! She should wear- A full length dress, anything that says you made an extra effort to dress up! Bold, fun colors and details He should wear- A formal suit, or a formal dinner jacket will look great. Bow tie/neck tie can be optional.

Can I bring a plus one?
Answer
While we would love to be joined by those important to you, we are unable to accommodate plus ones unless specifically indicated on your invitation. Thank you for understanding

While we absolutely adore your little ones, our event is not suited for children. To allow all guests to relax and enjoy themselves, we have chosen to make our special day adults only. We thank you for your understanding.

There will be a Shuttle from the DoubleTree Fairfield to the venue for those who have booked rooms in the Edwards/Lebowitz room block only. shuttle time: 5:45pm
