We have reserved a hotel room block at the Courtyard Marriott (just a three minute drive from the venue). Reservations can be made by using the link or by calling 1-800-321-2211, and asking for our wedding block (Walimbe Matsikoudis wedding) to access the discounted rates. We will be arranging for shuttle transportation to and from the venue for folks staying in the hotel room block. Please book by January 8th, 2025.

Please join us in celebrating our wedding weekend with dinner, drinks and mehndi (henna)! We will have a mehndi artist from 6:00PM-9:00PM. Note, we will be providing complimentary wine, beer and non-alcoholic drinks from 6:00PM-8:30PM. Any other drinks during that timeframe, or after 8:30PM, will be on a personal tab. There will be a band coming on at 9:00PM—please feel free to stay for the band and enjoy your night! This is an optional event—please RSVP to let us know you can attend!

Our wedding attire is Indian or Black Tie. You can shop for Indian clothes online, at sites like: UtsavFashion or Indya. Note, suits are fine for men (tux not needed). Ladies, please refrain from wearing red or black during the event. Bright colors are encouraged!

If I am traveling from out of state, when should I plan to arrive?
Answer
Thank you for taking the time to travel for our wedding celebrations! If you'd like to attend our mehndi and welcome dinner, please look to arrive before 6PM on Saturday, February 15th. If you are arriving on the day of the wedding, aim to arrive around 12/1PM to allow ample time to get ready prior to arrival.
