We met when we both worked together at Dorney Park. We worked as ride operators in neighboring ride groups. Chris loved to operate Zephyr, the train, but was also at Road Rally and Whip. Patricia’s main ride was the old wooden coaster, Thunderhawk as well and scrambler. Often times we were sent to each other's rides to help out. Our friendship became stronger, and we decided to spend time together for the associate preview night for haunt at dorney. Soon it turned into seeing each other outside of work and even dating. We learned we have an incredible amount of things in common and get along perfectly! It’s like we were made for each other!

We decided to celebrate my birthday in Baltimore, along with my family. I had imagined it would be the perfect time and place to get engaged. Luckily, Chris had picked up on my hints. He had even asked my dad’s permission ahead of time. We were at the National Aquarium, standing on the balcony over looking the art display of jellyfish. With the encouragement from my dad that this was a good spot, Chris asked me to marry him. And I said yes! -Patricia

We are very excited to have our wedding and can’t wait to share our special day with our friends and family! Seeing as we have a shared love of Halloween, we’ve decided to make that the theme of our wedding. Feel free to come dressed in your Halloween costume if you’d like! We want everybody to enjoy themselves and be as comfortable as they can!
