The DC area has two airports, Ronald Reagan Washington National Airport (about 10 minutes from the venue) and Baltimore/Washington International (about an hour from the venue).

The cutoff to book a room under this block is July 24, 2024. There is a reimbursable incidentals deposit required of $100 per day of your stay and if you plan to park a car it will be $30 to use the hotel's deck.
