What will be provided?

Answer

The event will include the ceremony, cocktail hour, and reception all at one location. -Dinner will be served by staff buffet style with options based on your dietary needs. These details will be required through your invitation. -An open bar will be provided and will turn to a cash bar 1 hour prior to the events conclusion to ensure guests can return safely to their hotel.

What is the dress code?

Answer

The dress code is semi-formal. This includes cocktail dresses, long dresses, suits, and ties. This does not include jeans, t-shirts, formal gowns or tuxedos. Our general color theme is fall jewel tones.

Are children invited?

Answer

While we love your little ones, our wedding will be an adults-only event so that everyone can relax and enjoy the evening. We appreciate you making arrangements ahead of time and leaving the kids at home so you can celebrate with us.

Are plus ones invited?

Answer

Please note that unless we have specified a plus one on your invitation, we are not anticipating providing an additional place for your guest. We appreciate your support and kindness as we manage the capacity we can provide.

Is transportation or parking provided?

Answer

Yes! The site has ample free parking for all guests and a limited number of Uber vouchers will be provided for guests. In order to provide a safe night for friends and family, the bride and groom will be providing a limited amount of Uber vouchers for guests to get back home from the venue. Therefore, it is encouraged that guests carpool and request rideshare to the event. Please look for the UBER QR code on this website and in physical form at the venue day of. Note that the venue is only 10-15 minutes away from all recommended hotels identified on this site. Your car may stay overnight on the lot so long as it is picked up by 9am the next morning.

What's the weather expected to be?

Answer

Colorado in November typically sees mild weather but we advise that travelers plan for a winter wonderland just in case. Although we hope for a sunny and 60 degree day as we had on November 10th last year, it may be cold and snowing. In this case, please note that we have both a plan B and C where we will be moved to heated locations based on the weather extremity. Please check the weather as we get closer to the date.

Feel free to reach out to the bride and groom during this planning process. Should you have questions or requests within 1 week of the event or during wedding weekend, please reach out to either the Matron of Honor Brittany O Ruachainn at mulliganbrittany92@gmail.com or Maid of Honor Chelsea Wilson at chelseawilson386@gmail.com with any questions. For day of questions, we will have our wedding planner on site (Caitlin Ward) who you can direct any questions too.

Is the venue accessible?

Answer

Yes! This lovely location is accessible and can accommodate wheelchairs and other physical accessibility needs.

Where do I RSVP?

Answer

After you've received your invitation, please follow the link to RSVP online or on the ‘RSVP’ tab on this page. We are not requiring paper RSVPs. This will easily capture numbers and any special requests needed.

When do I need to RSVP by?

All RSVPs will need to be finalized by October 10th.

Will the wedding be indoors or outdoors?

Answer

The day will be a mix of indoor and outdoor activities. The ceremony and cocktail hour will be held outdoors, weather permitting. Reception will be held indoors but the outdoor spaces will continue to be available all evening.

Are there other events over the weekend that guests can attend?

Answer

Yes, please check back here as plans are updated. It is anticipated that a Friday casual happy hour will be planned at Breckenridge Brewery in Littleton at some point in the late afternoon. Please check back for times or reach out to Nick & Michelle. A post wedding after party will also be planned at Main Event Arcade next to the Residence Inn Highlands Ranch Hotel. This will likely happen directly after the reception for any guests who want to keep the party going.

What time should I arrive?

Answer

Please arrive at least 10-15 minutes before the ceremony is anticipated to start so that you can find your seat. Note that parking is on site adjacent to all events for ease of guests.
