HOW WE MET

January 2022

It’s a simple story but one right out of a Hallmark movie. Jordan started her 5th year as a ski instructor at Hunt Hollow and on her first lesson of the season, caught the eye of the new lift attendant. They began to talk every chance they could. Jordan would come in early and leave late just to get a few extra minutes to be together. Nathan taking extra shifts on the weekends and requesting to be placed on the magic carpet just to see her. It was no surprise when they finally had their first official date!

FAQs

Question

Dietary Restrictions

Answer

If you or anyone in your party have any dietary restrictions such as allergies, vegetarian, vegan, gluten free or lactose intolerance please let the bride know and we would be happy to provide any accommodation needed. Call or text the bride (585)794-7383

Question

When should I RSVP?

Answer

Kindly RSVP before September 12th 2024. If you are unable to attend, we would appreciate you letting us know at the soonest opportunity. To RSVP by mail please fill out and send the card that was included in your invitation. To RSVP by phone please call or text Jordan at (585) 794-7383. Any RSVP’s received after this date will be marked as a ‘no’ as we will be sending final numbers to the vendors shortly after this deadline - you will be missed.

Question

What time does it end?

Answer

We ask that you join us for the sparkler send off at 8:30pm. Following this will be the “after party”. Should you choose to stay and party with the newlyweds, there will be two hours of dancing, glow sticks and party snacks. The festivities will end at 10:30pm.

Question

Can I bring a guest/ date?

Answer

We unfortunately cannot accommodate additional guests. Due to limited capacity we can only allow the people named on your invitation. If you have any questions or have a special circumstance please contact the bride to see if we can make arrangements.

Question

What time should I arrive?

Answer

The ceremony will begin at 3pm. We recommend that you arrive by 2:35 as to give you enough time to park and find your seat. Arrivals after the ceremony has begun will not be allowed entry. If you are running late, it’s ok we just ask that you wait patiently until the ceremony ends and guests leave their seats. We are so happy you made it and appreciate you not interrupting our ceremony.

Question

Are kids welcome?

Answer

Although we love your children, we regretfully cannot accommodate everyone’s children at our wedding due to restricted numbers and space. This pertains to children of all ages including infants, toddlers, kids and teens. Please refer to your invitation or contact the bride to see if we were able to accommodate your children. If we were unable to invite your children, we hope you will see this as an opportunity to let your hair down and enjoy the party with us!

Question

Is there a dress code?

Answer

No, however we would appreciate if white and cream color dresses could be avoided as they are traditionally reserved for the bride. We want you to wear whatever makes you comfortable.

Question

Where should we park?

Answer

When you arrive at Hunt hollow you will see 2 paths. The one on the right will lead to the lodge where there will be limited handicap parking. The path to the left will lead you to the main parking lot. We ask that you either drop off your party at the door and assign someone to park the car or head straight to the parking lot as to leave enough space down below for those that need it.

Question

Will the wedding be indoors or outdoors?

Answer

Both. We are hoping for a sunny and clear day however we cannot control the weather so please dress accordingly.
